It was my first time going to this location and I will never return to it due to the young lady who has no idea what customer... service is or a proper attitude. There?s no menu for you to order from and she wasn?t very helpful either. A customer who waswaiting for his order seemed to know more than she did. She didn?t really have a professional appearance either. This is exactlywhy people don?t want to spend money on Dixie Highway anymore. I finally said cancel my order and drove to Lower Hunter?s wherethey were much more professional and friendlier. I know that $60.40 may not sound like much to Pizza Hut but I won?t be spendinga dime at this location. I don?t know where all of these restaurants are finding these kid?s with terrible people skills andattitudes. My $60.40 that I spent at another location is what would have paid her salary. I wish that I could post NEGATIVESTARS because this location deserves it. To be honest Little Caesar has better prices and I just wanted Pizza Hut because Ihadn?t had one in a few years. I will buy a Pizza Hut pizza in the future but not from this location. Hopefully it will close upand go away like all of the other bad businesses in Valley Station that are UNWORTHY of the people who work hard for theirmoney. Read more
I placed my order at 9:46 p.m. and the store doesn't close until 11:00 p.m. At 10:03 p.m. I received a text notification that my... order was out for delivery. Never received my order and waited for nearly 3 hours before giving up. I tried calling the storemultiple times but it said they were closed and to try again tomorrow. I was charged for a pizza I never received. This waswithout a doubt one of the worst pizza ordering experiences I've ever had. delivers on time for the most part, and pizza is good, hot and the delivery person is usually very pleasant to deal with.

Their pizza taste different, but for the better. It is really good heated up.
