My order is always right. The staff may not be professional but they're nevet rude or disrespectful to me. I prefer this... location over a different one I have to go to sometimes due to the hours of this one but if this location stayed open a littlelater I would always choose this one. The lobby is always clean. I always leave them a tip because they always get my orderright. I like them ???? Read more

My wife Kimberly and I are here in Louisville KY for work and terrible experience with the Pizza Hut call center putting in the... wrong address. Found out no Pizza Hut delivers downtown. One of the DoorDash workers stole our food and stated he dropped itback off at store. But Teresa the manager went above and beyond to correct the issue and found out what happened to our order.Teresa the manager was awesome. She knows the true meaning of customer service. It was pretty bare in the waiting area with just seating along the windows & an out of order Ms. Pacman but the level of service... more than made up for that. I hadn't had the boneless chicken and the young lady taking our order asked if I wanted to try theflavors 1st. Our food was prepared quickly, considering we walked in, and it was hot & fresh. I was very satisfied & would visitagain. Read more

The food was good, and freshly made to order. I think for the extra marinare sauce for about 70 something cents is too... expensive for the little serving that they give you. And although the girl that was waiting on me almost forgot to put my extrasauce in my bag that I paid for, her service was pretty good. The P'Zone, and the Hersey Triple Chocolate Brownie was prettygood. I was surprised that the browine was not cut up for me. I don't know if they do that or not, but it would have been nice.So when I got it home, I cut it up myself into 9 squares. The lobby is very weird. It almost feels like a abandoned warehouse orsomething. There are no tables or anything for you to dine in. I used to like it back in the days when they had tables insidefor you to sit down and enjoy your food. I remember back then you could play music on the jukebox. They do have a parking lot,but no drive-thru. But over all for the most part, good job! Read more
