The taste of the food here is wayyy off from the other locations. It's not good. The beans are near white, something in it... tastes like literal dirt, and an overpowering taste of lime coming from something...? Oy. Literally one of the absolute worst experiences I have Ever had. I love Qdoba so this is truly disappointing in every way. I... don't typically leave bad reviews but in this case I believe people deserve fair warning - it was that bad. And the manager? My4 year old son can have a more intellectual conversation. I have officially been here 3 times and now I?m calling it a quits. The 1st time everything was great. My fiancé was shocked... because he said when he goes with work they are usually out of steak, queso, or some item. The second time I went they didn?thave rice which is essential for my bowl. The third time I went everything was clean but my meal alone was $18 and I was toldI?d be charged more for extra rice. On 08/13 around 1330, we visited to try to Surf and Turf bowl here. The young gentleman on the line (food preparer) was... pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cashier seemed to have been new so it took a bit to get checked out. The new decoris of a poor taste (IMO). Steel barrels were used as trash cans. It felt cheap. The tables were not clean. The restroom was abit dirty. The sink was too shallow so your hands would touch the water underneath. The food was meh... Not even in the roomtemperature... The ladies working there were very nice but they obviously needed help. The store was dirty and it took forever to get our food.... I won?t be back until they get those ladies some help. They are the only reason I didn?t give them a 1. The chips were stale andthe guacamole was browning. Read more

This Qdoba is literally the worst in Louisville. I don't think I've ever gotten fresh food here. The guac is brown and... tasteless, the rice is watery and not good, the meat is always dried out. Honestly have no clue why I keep giving this place achance. Would not recommend, only have like a 25% chance of enjoying the food. Read more
