Cholula Hot Chicken Bowl with grilled veggies, romaine lettuce, guacamole, and pickled red onions. Habanero and Verde salsa.

Chips were stale. Railing/ledge by the booths (black in color) were chipped and coming up. Sweet tea and black tea were NASTY to... taste. Also the tea urns had no covers. Bugs flying around the fountain drink areas and the trash can areas. Also pretty surethe boy at the check out register was under 16. I have been going to this Qdoba for lunch for some time now and I haven?t had one bad experience. Since they have gotten new... employees and management they been doing a fantastic job. The workers they have for lunch working are always on it to make sureyou have a great fresh and hot meal. The GM Ronal or Ronald I believe and young man name Jonathan really do a great job theydeserve a raise and to be notice by Qdoba especially when they are short handed and get work done. Soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiling faces. I ordered dinner for me and my family services was great from the... beginning until the moment I left. All of the food was excellent hot, fresh, great taste and good portions. The best Qdoba I?vebeen to the restaurant was very clean and taken care of. Great employees and management we had a every great dinner thank you tothe GM Ronal and his employees for everything they do especially with being short hand very professional service. Absolutely disappointed in the order we spent $75 on thru Grubhub! I guess because we weren't physically there they decided to... skip the actual food portion of our order. Received two paper thin quesadillas, a burrito that looked like the kids size, and askimpy bowl. Really sad when the chips and queso are the best part of the meal! This Qdoba is near Campbellsville University so most of the Students will come here to have their lunch. Today as we went in... everything was good but once we started ordering our food we found that they were not serving enough even after askingrepeatedly. One of my friend who have ordered chicken meal did not even get enough chicken and he was so upset, not only himeverybody in our party has experience the same dissatisfaction. They might be serving little quantity just to make sure thatthey can serve all the people visiting but when they know that a crowd of people will be coming specially during weekends, theyshould be making special arrangements to serve enough food but they should not decrease the serving portion so that they canthey can Make business.
