Just got food from here take out onlin3 ordering. I had barely any steak in my bowl. Missing multiple items from my order. Had 2 burritos delivered neither one was folded correctly. Both were folded in half and smashed down. This was not done for lack... of training this was done with Malicious intent. Eaten here three times now. All three times, terrible. So now I am writing the review since I am sure this is not a one off... thing but consistently poor service and food quality. Twice I went in myself, once it was a DoorDash order. It's really anembarrassment to have them on the UofL campus and so close to so many offices. I wouldn't mind if they got replaced and theNoodle Place a few doors down (but that's a different review). The times I went in myself the place was so dirty I was afraid totouch any surfaces. The staff didn't even say hello. They just attacked me with all the ingredients they did not have. The foodwas partially cooked and the serving size was non-existent. The DoorDash order went straight into the trash. I ordered a beefburrito bowl. I got exactly ZERO beef. They were out of tomato and guacamole and salsa. So I got lettuce and lot's of cheese andrice...oh and beans. I asked for hot sauce, at least I got 30 packs of that. Absolutely useless. Will never go to this locationagain. Although the one at the Paddock Shops off of 22 is just as dirty and unhygienic but at least they have food which is animportant detail in a restaurant. Read more
Quesadilla was so gross. Cooked on a dirty grill with burned globs stuck all over and discolored with black.
I'm embarrassed that my neighborhood location has been consistently the worst Qdoba in town for years. When I walk in the door I... feel like I'm intruding. There might be eight people working and no line but you'll have to wait a while before you're evenacknowledged. The place is never clean. They're usually out of something you want, including half the drinks in fountain. It'soften closed early, opened late, and in the past have been cash only for weeks at a time. Read more

Just left embarrassed and unhappy. It?s been a reoccurring issue I?ve noticed about freshness and quality of the food. Service... is inconsistent, not sure if it?s due to lack of training or different training among the team but it shows. When it was my turnto order I asked for the 3 tacos, soft, flour tortillas. The girl working places 3 on the hot press and holds it till it smokesI didn?t say anything but was like they never have this down that long.. she grabs one off the press and goes to place it intothe zigzag tray they use to build the tacos down the line. It literally snaps in half from being over done and she still grabsthe other two to make them. I say never mind not wanting to be problematic but looked on my phone another location was 15 minaway. So I ask her to please redo the tortillas so they?re soft. She annoyingly opens tortillas and presses them for about 5seconds total. She asking I want rice or beans, I reply cilantro white rice and could you please stir it a bit cause it looks sodry, and she scoops out the brown rice. I simply repeated white rice please and she scoops out one spoon and divides it amongthe three tacos and slides down to the meats. I say ?umm, more rice please..? confused as to how she can look at that minimalgrains on each and think that?s okay. So next I ask for impossible meat and she does the same thing. Takes one scoop and dividesamong three then slides the tray down to veggies. I say I?ll pay for more if I need but I?d like more than a few crumbles onthese tacos. Now the next girl working the line I tell her quest and shredded cheese that?s all. I go to pay as she does it andask her for a chips and queso. The girl working the toppings portion of the line ask if I want a small, medium, or large.Confused cause I didn?t know they had different sizes of the chips and queso I said ?for the chips and queso??
