The guy at the window was wonderful. He worked with us about a coupon and he made it a great experience as it could have turned... out bad but we were all happy our food was hot and fast and we decided to sit and eat at the tables as it was a nice day. Nothing special to share about this restaurant. Customer Service is poorly communicated. Orders are expedited slow.

They have really changed since new workers got my order fast and everything I ordered was in the bag and it was hot and fresh

When you're hungry and cash is low, this Rally's is the best way to go. I got 2 hot and fresh sandwiches that were very tasty... for $4 plus tax. The drive thru was fast and friendly. Read more

I had a BOGO online coupon. Drive thru line was long and slow but they made the burgers as they were supposed to be and the... fries were fresh and hot. Greasy napkins and they packed the burgers on their side and were squished. Read more

Coupon machine was broken? I dont understand that. But the young man working the drive told me about the specials they had and... was so well mannered fast and friendly that we still got our food there even though I chose rally based on the 3 sets of couponsthey had spammed my mail box with.. good job Read more

Horrible experience at this location! When I drive up?. EVERY EMPLOYEE was outside of the little place? most smoking.... Prayerfully they washed their hands before returning to work and cooking food. I ordered ONE item - a large french fr -$4.90.When it was handed to me through the window and I checked inside the bag, the cartoon was led than half full. I asked theemployee if she could please fill the container since I was posting $5. With a sharp look of disdain the employee took the bagfrom me and dumped the fries back in the holder. The employee cooked more fries and filled the container. Good customer serviceis NOT universal nor is it everywhere. I understand that everyone everywhere is having staffing issues. It is supremelyunfortunate that many aspects of even common courtesy and decency may suffer in the hopes of keeping an establishment alive anopen. Sorry no pics. Read more
