It seemed like there was only 1 person working. The lady that waited on us at drive through was also doing the counter. She was... doing her best. We ordered a large chilli, fry, and fish sandwich. We also asked for crackers. Got a small chilli, nocrackers, and a fork to eat the chilli with (not a spork). My husband said, "No wonder they gave me a fork. It's so thick youcan use a fork. That must be why I didn't get the crackers. This was one of the worst Rally's experiences he's had. Read more
not too shabby! wasn't anything mind-blowing or anything, but in terms of overall taste, i guess I could say it was a step above... McDonald's. So it was 9:30 and I made the dumb choice to go here. The lady told me on the speaker they were closed for 10min. So I parked... and probably watched 30 cars try to order. I saw the workers sitting in the dining room. But after waiting 35mins I decided totry to try the speaker again at 10:05 with no response this time. Gotta get better customer service skills. If you can't talk to people like you have common sense you should not be working... somewhere that involves speaking for at least 90% of each work day. I get it, you don't want me to sit on your clock but theproblem is, you didn't ask me to get off the clock or pull forward.
