I sometimes get agitated at the fact that I go to Rallys alone for there ice cream. The strawberry and vanilla swirl, sometimes... I am able to get it but at least 6 times out of 10 I don't. I always get that the machine isn't working. Idk one day it worksthe next day it don't. I think that it's if they wanna serve it or they don't. I mean I went one afternoon and pulled up toorder for them to say they wasn't serving anymore because they didn't have enough workers. I understand I guess! Read more
I ran into one of the workers who use to work at another Rallys over 27 yes ago. She was just as sweet and friendly now as she... was then. I got the beat service. The other lady assisting her who was working the window was tired but she gave service witha smile. Sometimes we don't realize that the pay and service aren't always recognized but I see you all and appreciate all youdo. Thank you. Read more
They left 3 burgers off of our order. Asked me to bring the food back with me to get it corrected but refused to give me fresh... food. I received the wrong sandwiches on the return for correction. Disrespectful, slovenly service. Will not return! Read more

Ordered a large fry ONLY thru the mobile order app. I... went to the front window bc I'm walking (some of us out here struggling w/out a car!) The man inside didn't even come to thewindow. He YELLED from inside "DRIVE-THRU ONLY!" so I held my phn up & said "but I already ordered on the app". So he shook hishead & again yelled "DRIVE-THRU ONLY". Made me go stand in the drive-thru w/other cars & didn't even get on speaker. So I walkedto the drive-thru window where I was met by the most nasty acting, UNPROFESSIONAL little girl who greeted me w/a look of puredisgust. I remained pleasant & polite & asked for my mobile order. She got the bag & shoved it to me & never said a word. Theymade a point to lemme know how inconvenienced they were to do their job. As a doordasher, I should not have to put up with attitudes from the employees at this location. I asked a simple question about... whether or not the lane I was in was for door dashing only, I believe it was the manager who got upset with me and told methey were no longer going to help me and that they refuse service to me. I asked a simple question, I did not give any attitude!I should not have received it. For them to refuse service and not allow me to do my job just for asking a question wasunprofessional. I have had a lot of encounters at this restaurant with poor attitudes and poor management! I will no longertake any orders for Rally's nor will I ever order from Rally's again because of this. Says online you close at 4AM. So i pull up an see 2 employees outside on the left of the building smoking. I get to the order... screen and all i hear is CLOSED over the speaker. Its 2:39am. I pull forward to leave and get a big whiff of marijuana. I lookleft and the 2 employees are at the back door smoking. Rally's, you got exceptional employees working for you.
