We ordered a bowl with a combo of queso&chips and a drink. We got the bowl and the drink, but realized we didn't get the queso... and chips when we got home. We called and they were very apologetic. We just told them we would come the next day for them, wedidn't want a refund really. We got busy and came 2 days later and she remembered we had called. She gave us extra to apologize.It was very nice and made us feel appreciated. We will definitely be back. We have been a few times, but we definitely will comemore often. The only thing we wished was different were the bowls, they don't stay hot for very long. Maybe if they had a foilwrapped around the bowl or something to retain heat. So I door dashed a quesadilla and a quesorito. Food made it here. Thought everything was fine. The receipts on the box where... correct, but inside both boxes were nachos with what was suppose to be inside the quesadilla and quesorito. How do you mess upquesadilla/quesorito to nacho? Read more

The Middletown Ky location used to be great but this past year has been terrible! I ordered a quesadilla in the drive they and... they said oh we don?t do those in the drive they this was waiting nearly 10 minutes for them just to take the person in front ofme order. The food is always excellent and the people working are never unpleasant. The portion sizes vary considerably but that's not... surprising in a post Covid world where restaurants have high turnover. Ordering on the app does not guarantee your food will beready when you arrive even if you show up later than the expected ready time, but they have always quickly made my food for meso that's fine. I usually love Salsaritas, I go multiple times a week. But this time, the take out girl was completely rude and disrespectful. I... arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and it still was not ready. And when I asked for my cups for the order shewas very rude to grab the receipts to check them. She then grabbed them and slammed them on the counter. Gave me a dirty lookthe entire time. So so so rude. I also looked and saw something was not included in the bag once I drove off.
