Decided to give this place a try today. I ordered an iced oat milk latte, the flavor was ok but it had a bunch of gritty stuff... on the bottom (not coffee grounds) that I kept sucking up. The breakfast burrito was prepackaged and microwaved. Soggy and wetby the time I was home. It's August 7th and it had a sticker on it that said "8-10" so obviously their food is far from fresh. I absolutely love this place I go here almost everyday to order a blended carmelicious no whip cream coffee and it is... delicious. But not only do I enjoy the company, but I enjoy the superb service I get. Every associate is friendly. Isabella iswonderful I hope she manages this coffee shop one day. Read more
Just found this delicious coffee shop in Louisville Kentucky this week. And within 3 days I have been there twice And go back... tomorrow for my last frozen blender before returning home to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. A must if you haven't already had one.Candy bar (butter finger ) blender is what I'm going to try. Can't wait. Read more

Overpriced and not impressed with my first experience. I ordered a Turkey egg kinda burrito. The packaging AND taste is a lot... like what you?d get in the freezer isle at the grocery store. Okay so I?ve never been to a Scooters so this review is partly on the new location (A+) and partly on the franchise (B-). First... the new building is very nice! Love to see this new business in the neighborhood and so glad I don?t have to drive far forcoffee anymore! Experience was nice! No line, the staff was friendly. I got a nice sticker on my drink which was a nice subtletouch. When I ordered instead of them saying ?pull up to the next window?. They said ?Thanks for your order. SCOOT around!? andthat made my day haha. My caramel latte was pretty standard. Will get again, but I was surprised the large seems a little small.Honestly wasn?t super impressed with the food. I got two breakfast burritos and they just seemed similar to microwave burritos.Won?t get again. The ham sandwich that the staff recommended was better.
