They have some GREAT coffee which is why the review is 4 stars. Their coffee beats Starbucks overpriced unsweetended cold brew... everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. I gave the food a low rating because they don't have a very good breakfast. I got aturkey sausage burrito and turkey sausage sandwich. My fiance and I both agreed the sausage flavor was wack. I can't say I'drecommend their breakfast. However we tried the turkey sausage and can't speak for the reg sausage or bacon. Their service isgreat and staff is very friendly! I have loved Scooter?s since I first tried it shortly after it opened! The service is fast, welcoming, and kind. Being a drive... thru only establishment, they seem to have speed down. They always suggest trying something when they greet you at the speakerbox, but never press you further if you say no. I have never waited in their line for more than maybe 2-3 minutes tops. I thinkI got a wrong beverage literally one time and that was just because someone misheard what flavor I wanted my drink to be. Out ofthe many 100% accurate experiences I?ve had here, it was easy to forgive! Their iced mocha is my go to beverage. The mocha ismilk chocolate, which is my favorite kind of mocha to get. I?m not a fan of the bitter mocha you get at other coffee shops so itwas a nice change to get the milk chocolate mocha taste here. I love their app and I love the little stickers they put on top ofmy beverages. They also give out cute little pup cups with whipped cream and a small milk bone for dogs. So precious! Coffee was good. I knew the breakfast items would be heated from frozen, but I thought the taste would be good. The bacon... burrito was salty and did not taste good. One can get better frozen ones at the grocery or stop at our local Thornton?sgas/market. Their breakfast burritos are better and you will get a lot more for your money, or make another stop at McDonald?sfor your sandwich. Read more

Scooter's is delicious and it's great to have a new coffee shop in Louisville. Service is great, everyone is friendly and quick,... and the coffee and food is great. So far I like the everything bagel sandwich and the mocha blender, but I'm excited to trymore. Everything I've had so far has exceeded my expectations. Read more
Scooter?s in Middletown has become almost a daily stop for me during my work week! The line is never ever too long and the... service is spectacular! I love the maple breakfast sandwich! It?s absolutely divine! I love pairing it with a CarameliciousLatte or Desert Pear Red Bull Infusion! I also love the convenience of the app to pay and earn points! You just scan and go!???????????? Hey All - See the feedback below. I understand we are strict on our policy of no jackets. That is done for a reason. When we... allow jackets, they start being worn year round and we look sloppy. We also then see non-Scooter's jackets. My bigger concern isthat we have baristas complaining to customers about our policy. We should never be discussing our business matters with thecustomers. That is not an amazing experience. If a customer asks why we don't wear coats, the answer should never be that we arenot allowed to. Negativity at the window is not part of providing an Amazing experience. Instead say we pride ourselves onzipping you through the window and we don't even notice it or something along those lines. I don't want to see any morecomplaints of this nature. Read more
