Simply Thai has been a local staple for many years now. The food is fabulous. Try the Spiced Shrimp or the Mango Salmon. My only... complaint is they don't make batches of sweet tea. The servers are usually happy to make it for you though. ;) Read more

The Pad See Iew with chicken and level 2 spicy was fantastic! I think it was the perfect level of spiciness. The meal matched... well with the Thai Ice Tea. Overall great experience. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. Was a 15 minute wait time but feltlike we got seated earlier than that. Read more

Definitely my Thai food spot. The herbed pork loin with a spice level of 4 out of 5 is my favorite here. I always taste what... my wife is having if it's non-seafood based, and I always like it but cannot get away from my mainstay. The service has alwaysbeen excellent and food quality never waivers, even when delivered. Read more

We came here for a friend's birthday and everything was so packed with flavor! I had the long island Thai tea, papaya salad and... red curry. Hot levels vary so make sure you ask about it if you eat spicy. Also, customer service was great! Highly recommend! Read more

Authentically Disappointed... Pid Wung Jing Jing (Thai for very very disappointed) was the first thought after my senses... registered the first bite into the shrimp spring roll. Players- 4 adults, 2 are familiar with the Thai cuisine. Hungry Level-very hungry. Decor- it's time for an update. Maybe it'll get a refresh after the Middletown branch renovation iscompleted. Affordability and Value- The X doesn't intercept the Y. Quantity > Quality The Dishes... Shrimp Spring Roll, about$6 per roll, typical presentation, lacked any taste. Daym Drop would call it "Crunchy and Chewy Water." The dipping sauce wasoverly sweet (didn't taste like plum sauce). Loaded Fried Rice, about $12, somewhat authentic, had a lot of chopped up veggies(squash, carrots, broccoli, corn kernels) which were bland. We couldn't figure out what the seasoning was. It felt like theveggies were cooked separately, dumped, and stirred into the fried rice. Mango Salmon, about $20, unauthentic, had cubes ofmango in creamy curry sauce poured over cooked salmon. It was sweet overall. Massanman Curry, about $14 plus $2 beef upcharge, somewhat authentic, had skinned-on redskin potato halves (should've been deskinned), sliced beef, in brown curry sauce. The dishdidn't taste as bad but it was sweeter than it should've been. Basil Fried Rice, about $12, somewhat authentic, didn't havemuch basil flavoring as we had to ask for more basil. Not sure if this was supposed to be Basil Chicken, in the Fried Riceform. In sum- every dish tasted sweeter than they should've been, they didn't have their "identity," unauthentic, meh service(as we were leaving, we were thanked by an employee while he looked down on his phone). Likeliness to return- not very likely. Read more

You Simply can't go wrong choosing Simply Thai for a deliciously satisfying meal! The fried tofu was crispy on the outside and... silky on the inside. Likewise, the stuffed banana pepper and Shrimp Pad Thai were very good. The highlight of the meal was theshrimp bomb, which had a spicy/sweet drizzle on it that was incredible, and a creamy Thai tea! Delicious!! Read more
