I really enjoyed the hamburger I got. The French fries weren?t the best. I appreciate the gluten free bun option. It was nice... eating a regular sandwich. But the staff was pretty awful and rude. The inside was dirty, we had to clean off a table so wecould eat. Most of the side in the machine was out. I recommend take out possibly. I?d try it again at a different location. Read more
WASTE OF MONEY & TIME!!! Can?t believe we waited more than 30 minutes for this. When asked to get tomatoes for a kid?s... cheeseburger, Detra (cashier) said they don?t do that here. Then, we get these sorry excuse of burgers that seemed flattened-they shouldn?t be more than $6 if this is what you?re getting. Next, we had ordered smash fries, but they gave us regular fries.When trying to get what we PAID for, they said we had to file the complaint on the website. DO NOT GO HERE. Never been. Figured let's see what it's about. Typical burger joint. I thought the smash name came from how they made the... meat. Kinda looked like they smashed the burgers before wrapping it in a grease covered wrapper. From kitchen to our tablethat's what the bag looked like. Just soaking in grease. The burger pictured is the bacon double. What I found funny was ontvs they show sandwiches...mine looked like the 3rd cousin twice removed when compared to what was on TV. Probably shouldchange that. The smash tots, little twist. Tasted like parm and oregeno or somethin along those lines. Not bad. $29 bucks for2 burgers, tots, shake and a beer. I don't think the price is terrible. And the food was decent. Step above McDonald's atleast. Place was also a mess. We gave up and sat at a table with the least amount of crumbs on it. Someone did walk the floorhalf way thru us eating. But it was just to check the condiments at each table. The lady that took our order was veryfriendly. Having never gone but heard about it....I can at least say now I've been. I can't say I would go out of my way to eathere again but wouldn't kick someone out the car for wanting to. Bring hand wipes and maybe a wash cloth. The grease...stickswith you. Something else I noticed, looks like the company goes and posts pics of staged food. 23 days ago a bunch ofbeautiful sandwich pics were posted. That is definitely not what you will get. Definitely not worth the 45 minute wait to order and get my mushroom Swiss burger. The beef pattie was so tiny that I couldn't... see it until I took the top bun off. Very disappointing and not worth the money! Read more

Nice place! Tasty food, I had the brisket burger with is really good! The wait time was about 13 to 14 minutes but it was well... worth the wait I had regular fries that I didn't care to much for I wish it was a more hearty fry but still good I willdefinitely recommend this place to my friends. The burger was awesome ???? but the wait was pretty bad. I was on the line for about 30 minutes, there were only 5 people in... front of me, a few people gave up and left halfway. After the line there was about another 20 minute wait since the kitchen hadoverlooked my order, a simple bacon burger, nothing more. If you are going during your lunch time like I did more than likelyyou will be late. Honestly there are faster burger options in the area for the same price and taste. Read more
