My iced coffee was horrible. It did have the quality taste that I was looking for. The pumpkin muffin was good though.
New fav location on 4th st. The ladies are always so friendly smiling and happy to engage in conversation. I see these bad... reviews and dont even understand because ive always had a great experience at this location. Very clean and they get to yourorder right away while making small talk while u wait for them to fix it. Highly suggest this location for anyone downtown ornearby. Wasnt sure what i wanted and just told her a flavor and what i liked and she suggested a great drink that fit what i waslooking for. Keep up the amazing work ladies ! Read more
With the heat as it is, their AC is working lovely. The staff have been like family and try there best to help the customer.
Waited for 15 minutes to order a black coffee and was told ?we are out of coffee but you can go down the street to ??. and they... may have coffee, if they?re open.? Is it too much to ask to throw some coffee grounds into a filter and push the brew button inbetween Frappuccino?s and iced passion fruit teas? It?s not that great of coffee, just convenient and somewhat consistent and amat the tipping point of their inconsistent service which includes long waits and not being open when advertised. Read more
I have been to many Starbucks in my days, like everyone. This experience stood out to me in many ways. I ordered a Frappuccino.... A milkshake basically. I was the only customer in there. So a couple minutes after the baristas had finished conversing aboutsomething they asked to take my order. After getting interrupted 5 times (with additions to the story one was telling the otherone) and the order was finally placed I was given an awkward and almost pushy instruction on how to leave a tip. Now back tothe product itself. The person making my order was actively eating snacks WHILE preparing my order. How is that sanitary in anyway? The whipped cream added on top is supposed to be fluffy. Or at least resemble whipped cream. This was just straight upcream. It had the viscosity of 5 day old milk being left in the sun. But I did finally get my order after close to 10minutes. Ultimately because I am a nice guy, I took my order, walked outside and threw it in the trash. Before I made it to thetrash can it had already covered my hands in chocolate syrup and melted .. I don?t know what.. and also stained my t shirt.Sloppy delivery and overfilled cup. Beyond disgusted with presentation, quality and service at this place. It really was aunique experience. Read more
I have traveled here for the past 3 years for the JamFest dance competition. I would expect a business such as this to adjust... their hours and manpower for an event such as this, but they never do. The store doesn?t open until 7 am and you will wait noless than an hour for your order. I paid for a coffee I never received today. After an hour and a half the order had still notbeen fulfilled. I think most people could expect a reasonable wait of 15 minutes or so with a large demand, but I spoke withparents who waited a full hour before receiving their orders. Very disappointing as we my family loves Starbucks. Next time Iwill get in my car and drive to a different location. Read more
Starbucks is definitely my Go-2 for whatever mood I'm in! If coffee is your thing but not sure about drinking it cold, I... definitely recommend the iced white chocolate mocha.
