They do not have enough experienced employees! They are disorganized! They need some experienced people to help them along.... Sometimes there is thirty people in here besides the window! Service & everything is good. Now post COVID their prices are more comfortable because everywhere else has went up so much that... they are making Starbucks not feel as expansive. Hopefully inflammation doesn't hit Starbucks like everything else. The onlynegative experience that I have everytime I go to this locations. The line is out in Bardstown Rd & I always expected to be rearended. They have may 6 parking spaces & they're all filled w/ carryout, Uber eats, & dinning in.
