The only issue I have is the time it takes occasionally to get your drink. I know they are always busy so I try not to complain.... But when I was there this morning I spoke with a woman who ordered about 5 people in front of me who, I guess, was forgotten!!When I received my drink and she still had not gotten hers I felt horrible. There were 5-6 workers so there's no reason/excusefor her not receiving her order in a timely manner. Read more

After being a faithful delivery driver and daily customer, They've now changed their refill policy And require you to spend $6... almost $7 on 2 cups of coffee A-day nothing special just regular coffee.. I will take my business elsewhere. Read more

I love the comfy chairs by the pickup counter. I usually order ahead and walkin to skip drive through line. Parking and traffic... flow is only downside to this location. Read more

They do not have enough experienced employees! They are disorganized! They need some experienced people to help them along.... Sometimes there is thirty people in here besides the window! I think they are doing their best but need more experience! I?m aregular at different Starbucks! Most of them run great! This is Just new! Read more

Service & everything is good. Now post COVID their prices are more comfortable because everywhere else has went up so much that... they are making Starbucks not feel as expansive. Hopefully inflammation doesn't hit Starbucks like everything else. The onlynegative experience that I have everytime I go to this locations. The line is out in Bardstown Rd & I always expected to be rearended. They have may 6 parking spaces & they're all filled w/ carryout, Uber eats, & dinning in. If you do decide to carry outyour blocked in for 15 minutes. Read more

I ordered a large café mocha, they said the barista would stir the honey into the espresso while it was hot before adding the... ice, but she didn't stir it in and the honey was clumped to the bottom in the same lump as when it was first poured in. I'm alsonot much of a fan of the non-stop hip-hop music playing. However, the cashier had the best customer service persona I've seen ina long-time, very professional. Read more

Everyone in here was absolutely delightful. Friendly, prompt, and the environment was perfect. I dropped in for a snack and the... paradise drink which is amazing btw, and it was the best stop I made this morning. If I'm in the area again, I'll Def stop bythis Starbucks. Thank you so much! Such Great Service yet Wasn't my best coffee made wasn't my day I bought Trenta received a small straw for like short/ Tall... drink I came in I wanted to return my drink it was so horrible. I just asked for straw ,spoon to stir Carmel stuck onbottom. I didn't want be the customer after day in healthcare then finding out you're husband has Cancer this Coffee would'vebeen great....for my day... I went on home I shall return it just maybe wasn't my day we all have them times. First Timer atthis location I will return.
