Definitely the most unprofessional experience. The barista was yelling & screaming at patrons at 5:10AM who were simply asking... what time they were opening (published hours are 4:45AM) since the line was wrapped across the foyer of the terminal. Thebarista proceeded to slam the swinging door, yell cuss words in front of dozens of people and children. Hopefully her bad daygets better. Read more

I don?t think it could have taken longer to take my order and to make it. And they tried. Useless. Give yourself 30 mins to... order and expect napkins, sugar and etc to not be stocked. And the garbage to be over filled. Read more
Started out with a young girl with braids being Sarcastic and rude to another guy as we were waiting. I had ordered my wife a... pumpkin spice Frappuccino online and when I got it, it looked like a regular Frappuccino with just whip cream , no syrup orsprinkles. I asked and was told, "yeah, we don't have any" and just walked away. Definitely not the service I'm accustomed togetting at Starbucks. See pictures as towhat I got and what was advertised. Read more
Respectful attendant at register, however, store was filthy. Staff behind the counter eating and inspecting one skin in her... phone camera in front of customers. Floor was sticky with obvious spills on the tile and carpet throughout the store. To beclear, there was no staff shortage here; there were at least five working. Another taking her break using profanity as shewalked behind the counter. Of the Starbucks I've visited, this is the most unclean and home to the most unprofessional team. Read more
Some of the employees were very rude and dismissive. Ordered my drink and asked for some cinnamon to be added but when I got my... order, I look and didn?t find any. I asked for some and the lady that was helping me had an attitude and was like next time addit to your order. Very disappointed. Read more
Great for place to pick up a quick cup prior to any flight. They are very good at this location of getting orders filled... efficiently and effectively. Service with a smile, kind and considerate. They are also very good at knowing all of theredrinks as well. It is worth the stop, I recommend it highly. Read more
Extremely rude staff, I go to Starbucks everyday elsewhere and have never in my life encountered staff with attitudes like this... one. Out of stock of all food options and never open on time when I come to this airport. Read more
