The view was nice! Very neat place to just sit and stare
I went for my pregnant daughter craving the grande hot chocolate with caramel drizzle. I drove 45 minutes from my home to get... it. The drive-thru is very frustrating, and the line is always long. I went into the store , placed my order, and waited over 10minutes. As I waited and watched the service providers, they had time to joke around, talk about plans to do things, or thethings they did last night. I know they are young, but good service is needed and expected. I really don't mind the chatter aslong as the customers are served timely. Well, needless to say, add, I sat one of the workers' family members walks in and wasserved immediately and left without paying. He was an older man, possibly a grandfather. He never placed an order and only spokewords regarding family. The server appeared to already know what to give him. He thanked her while leaving, saying I'll see youat home. I didn't mind this action because it's not my business. I do mind waiting over 10 minutes, being the only person in thestore waiting while friends and family are served first. I know your thinking they may have ordered online, but in case likethat, they would've given their name or said they are picking up, and none of this happened. I would've asked for the manager,but she was joking and playing as well. There should be a timer on drive-thru or something offered for such a long, unnecessarywait inside and out. I'm patient with those doing their job, but my patient runs thin for those playing instead of working as ifthe customers have nothing better to do. Read more
Ordered a drink to pickup on grubhub, and when I showed up at the estimated time there were maybe 7 customers in line and 7... employees and not one came to the grubhub counter, or made my drink in the 20 minutes I waited there. Had to got refundedthrough the app. Read more
Don?t go into this Starbucks if you expect service. Every single customer in line got attitude from the staff because the store... was closing in 15 minutes. They lie and tell you the ?Frappuccino machine? is turned off when it?s literally just a blender. Theservice sucks and the people are rude. They never have any of the ingredients to make the drinks and they?re always running outof supplies. The drink quality is inconsistent and poor. I don?t want attitude, I want coffee. If you?re gonna close the storeat 9:45 instead of 10:00 then change the hours of your store. Read more
Waited in line to order for around 20 minutes. Got my coffee 20 minutes afterwards. Definitely not worth a 40 minute wait. There... were only four staff members working, and even then one of them disappeared for about 15 minutes, and when she returned anotherone disappeared. There was a line out the door. The coffee was terrible because the barista didn?t prepare it correctly, and thedrink wasn?t even full when she handed it to me (about 3/4 of the way). Not worth nearly 6 dollars. This Starbucks needs to getits sh*t together if it?s gonna continue to be on this campus. Tired of the awful service, long waits, and bad coffee. Read more
Worst starbucks I have ever been to. I have worked for the starbucks company for over three years and this store should not even... qualify as a Starbucks. After watching my drink be made wrong over and over again I have given up getting anything too difficultor modified. I once got a pink drink that was made as a regular strawberry refresher with water and then when I corrected themistake, they pour off the top half of the drink and just added coconut milk over the top. The fact that they continue to putwater in an Iced chai, where is not the actually recipe, shows they were barely trained and do not know the protocols of anormal starbucks. Read more
Y'all need to chill. Yes it's busy af the entire time and not entirely clean but you have a lot of privilege if you care that... much about tables having some crumbs on them. It is never that dirty and you can't blame them for not being able to get peopleto clean it up. Don't like it? Just go somewhere else!! There's coffee in Davidson and Einsteins and there's literally a wholeother Starbucks in the SAC, and there's the entire library you can sit at. Get off your high horse and get over it. The staffare very nice and do their best given their situations. Read more
Though the staff is nice and polite, you can get anything from this place, except (good) coffee.
