I can't tell you how many times I have been here after 10am and the doors are locked. At 10am the doors should be open if it's... the hours of operation but instead the employee just stares at me and won't open the door. At 10:13am the doors should beunlocked and the employee shouldn't be looking at me trying to get in and ignoring me. I know Noone wants to work these days butthere are adults that have to work and if the store is understaffed then shut it down. Read more

So incredibly slow. And they only ever have one person working during lunch. I waited 30 minutes and in that time they helped... two people on the same order. Read more

My wife stopped in about 1:30pm today to get two foot-long subs. she had a coupon buy one get one free but was told at checkout... that your store didn?t except coupons. It would be very considerate to your patrons to have a sign in the window at thebeginning Service line to notify them of this. Money is tight these days and people rely on coupons more. Other than this oursandwiches were great we both enjoy them! Read more

Wondering if this store is still open. Second time I've been there by 7:30 and the place is locked. Hours have been removed from... the window. Shame, wife and I used to really enjoy the place. Read more

2 of the 3 employees said they do not know how to make a wrap? I thought that was odd, they were both very nice about it and we... joked but they ended up not making it. The one employee who did make it went off to the side and didn't train the other 2 whodidn't know how to make it. Food was good portions were fair. I liked the staff, even though they aren't wrap fans. Read more

7:53 as i write this review. My daughter and i walk up, and a lovely employee walks to the door, makes eye contact with me, then... proceeds to rip off the store hours sign that says they close at 8. Of course the door is already locked. Will Never be back andwill decline all doordash orders from this horrible establishment. Read more

I try to go there a couple weeks ago, and it was closed at 6pm when the website said 9. I get it, everybody is a bit... understaffed and things happen. But then I go on April 29th, and there's a sign on the door saying that they're not going toaccept coupons "due to the increased cost of goods". There is another Subway restaurant 10 minutes away that has no problemaccepting coupons. I think there comes a point when if you can't keep the store open according to the hours on the website, andyou can't honor coupons printed and mailed out by the company you represent it's probably time to shut down and closepermanently. Ordered through the app on 4/2/22. Received message through app that my order was ready. Get there and told they were out of... bread and order couldn?t be given to me. I asked about how to get my money back. They had no clue but to say try the app. I did.Sent emails and nothing back. Days since I?ve tried calling the store and keep getting redirected by messaging system.And havegone there few times and no manager there. It?s been almost a month now and no word. Will have nothing else to do with subway.Feeling ripped off even though it was just $20.14. But they won?t make money from me or family again. Simply the principle now. Read more
