all of the employees that have served me there have been incredibly rude and act as if it is an inconvenience when a customer... shows up. they always aggressively throw everything on the sandwich. after a few tries i will definitely drive out of my way togo to a different location from now on. The girl today had the worst attitude I've ever witnessed and told me she didn't feel like making a Buffalo so I needed to order... something else. After that I left. I've been going here for 2 years and the attitude is just getting worse. Read more

Horrible customer service, rude, could care less what the customer says they want on their sandwich, has happened 3 times now.... And the food is never fresh, looks like it's been sitting out for days and when you ask for fresh they say no that's all theygot.. This place is broke, it's worth it to drive a little further away to jersey Mike's or pennstation, cause you won't getwhat you want at this place! Read more

The attitude is horrible. I got a BLT and it was the worst BLT I have ever had and it's hard to screw up a BLT. Will not go... back. There are plenty of other sub restaurants to go to. Read more

I really don?t understand the purpose of having employees of they?re not going to do what they?re hired to do. The service was... horrible and portions were inconsistent and not fit for human consumption. I order a sub with chicken and bacon and this fooladds 15 strips of bacon and then toasts my sub and makes the bread soggy. Him and his smacked coworker were flirting the wholetime and wasting our time. You can?t charge someone $30 for garbage service and no respect for reasonable portions. I knowsubway puts a lot of effort into staying relevant but I don?t believe this is how you do it. I literally left because I?m awhole human and they clearly don?t take what people put into their bodies serious in the slightest ??????????? Read more

This store is the worst of the worst when it comes to employees. Yes, I know about the labor situation. But these people... obviously don?t want to be there. They don?t talk, they grunt. Today, I got two sandwiches and she didn?t even bother to cutthem in half. Really, not a big deal but their attitude on top just makes this place a miserable experience you want to avoid atall costs. To the franchisee: either sell the store or do something about it. Subway as a brand is trying to stay relevant, butstores like yours are going to have them follow in the footsteps of Quiznos. If I could give 0 stars I would, happily. The sandwich is DRENCHED in Mayo and mustard to the point the paper wrapping tears... when I move it. This is also the second time cheese was not added, although I asked for it. It is amazing to me that someonemade this and actually thought it was acceptable. Even McDonald's at their worst packaging moments have never done this. WOW. Read more

The girl had a bad attitude the entire time she was making my sandwich, and "wrapped" it with one hand. I didn't want to make a... scene so I took it, but it's pretty much uneatable. Why offer wraps if your employees don't know how to fold them? Read more
