The owners need to replace the oven they use to toast subs.. the poor staff were fighting it the whole time I was there

I made an online order on Sunday the 17th that was to be picked up at 4:00 p.m. when I arrived at the Subway on national... turnpike they had not even started on my order I stated to the two girls that that was the purpose of online ordering was thatyou did not have to wait there was only one person in the store and they were seated and the two girls were just standing aroundthey did proceed to make the sandwiches with attitude especially the short red headed girl I'm assuming she was acting manageror acting head person at the time at the time not. When the sandwiches were finished I asked the short girl with short red hairto put one of the sandwiches and a separate bag she tossed the sandwich in a bag with an attitude and I did state to her do notget an attitude with me at this point she called me a b**** and said fu.. u I did in turn call her a b**** and tell her the samething f you she proceeds to tell me as I'm already leaving to leave her store as I was leaving the store she called me a b****again and said if you as I am going out the door to my car she says it again and I said f you and another word that I wouldprefer not to say on a public forum. She proceeded to follow me to my car and got in my face asking me what I was going to docalling me a host of other names in the process I told her I was not going to do anything until she laid hands on me and then ifshe laid hands on me that was going to take it to a different level. Her following me to my car is in a roundabout wayconstantining assault her getting into my face is assault I am not sure if this girl's name but I'm sure you don't have too manypeople working at that Subway with short red hair that was working on Sunday the 17th at 4:00 with one other brown hair girlwhich was trying to get her back into the building unsuccessfully. I don't know why I keep coming to this location. Needless to say my earlier visit will be the last time. This place is... ridiculous, I was the ONLY ONE there, there is no excuse to mess up ONE six inch sandwich and ONE kids sandwich. You shouldn'thave to ask more than MAYBE twice to repeat myself. I didn't have a difficult order, I wasn't sitting there asking for onespinach leaf, three droplets of mayonnaise, etc. This is the last time I'm going to have my order messed up. If the drivethrough had been packed or even three or four other cars, I could be more understanding. But this is insane. Read more

So I made an online order for the drive thru!! I pull up and they don?t answer for about 10 mins do I get mad and go inside!!... The lady was throwing my sandwiches in a bag!! I also asked for them to be toasted and they were no where toasted!! Also I askedfor a melt and got a regular sandwich!! Tried calling their phone and they don?t pick up!! Rude services and the lady had anattitude and the other girl was taking her time making sandwiches!!Next time I think I?m going out of way to never go to thisone again!! Read more

The staff was amazing. There were two employees handling a line of customers, plus taking orders over the phone and online... orders. Definitely deserve a raise with how efficient they were with the lunch rush they had to deal with. Definitely goingback. Read more

This location is particularly stingy with food. This (plus a small bag of chips) was $8???? the staff was pretty rude. They took... their sweet time making the subs in front of me but once they got to my salad they rushed me and didn't listen to myinstructions. I understand his is fast food, but I feel like they should still have better customer service. Read more
