I was attempting to get something different for dinner with my grandkids and not clear my bank account out doing it. Someone at... work gave me a Subway coupon, which made it affordable. We went into this one since closer to home and guess what...They don'ttake the coupons. So we didn't order. I've been to some bad Subways, but this one takes the cake. Do not, I repeat do not order your sub through drive through,... personally I won't go there at all. I watched how they fill phone order and lettuce is no were close to green it wasbrown/orange old. Super pleased that the owner put some money into the appearance and re-painted. I would like for the drive thru area to receive... some attention....maybe a better speaker, digital readout of the order and a new updated menu board. This is the best Subway in Louisville. Great customer service and fresh products. They are not stingy at all and put lots of... extra veggies at No extra cost.
