I can't believe this location has it's dining room closed it's been almost 3 years since covid and they use to have the dining... room open now they closed it again. It?s crazy reading these entitled reviews like it isn?t 2022, and all these people are working in fast food? where literally no... one wants to work. show respect to the ones who actually show up and get screwed on by the ones who don?t. cut them some slackbecause it?s easily one of the most mentally draining jobs out there. each time i go no one is ever just standing around,everyone is putting in a part. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Roaches crawling all over the floor and tables. Drink fountains obviously have never been... cleaned. Staff are always rude and get my order wrong. And today they added on $13 worth of food to my order and charged it tomy card. Do not go here if you don't want food poisoning. Read more
This place is horrible. Everytime I come here it seems there?s something going on. One time I came in and noticed a rather short... lady bent over one of the tables, I was trying to figure out what she was doing but it looked like there was a mouse or sometype of small rodent under there. ?Here chittychitttchittychitty? I heard her say while she was attentively searching all aroundthe lobby for this small critter of sorts. There was also a very tall black man smoking a Newport in the back and drinking a budlight while arguing on the phone with somebody over ?Nike drip?. I?m not sure if either one of them even noticed I was there, orif they were even open. Because when cleared my throat and spoke out, ?can I order a Crunchwrap??, they both immediately turnedand stared me down with the most intense, uncomfortable, unbearable look. I almost reached for my gun. This woman?s face,imposed a threat against my life unlike anything I had ever seen. She didn?t approach me, just her blank stare and crookedglasses, almost as crooked as the five teeth that were scatters across their mouth, as if they were pieces of paper that wereripped up and placed randomly around her mouth. Needless to say. I will never be returning to this store. I have spoken to mytherapist about this situation and they prescribed me a prescription for Ativan 5mg because I kept waking up at night from nightterrors of this woman?s face haunting my dreams.
