The worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant, which has led to a nearly 20 year (and counting) boycott of all Yum!... Brands restaurants. So I'm finally getting around to reviewing the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and the foulhonor goes to Taco Bell at Springhurst. In 2003 I was a junior in high school, who was hungry and decided a light meal would dothe trick. So I ordered chips and queso, that's it. This was an easy thing to serve at the time, the chips came in a sealed bagand the queso came in a sealed cup. When I got home I realized all they had given me were the chips, no queso in sight. So Igot back in the car, drove all they way back and when I told them what happened they accused me of drinking the queso. It wouldhave had to be drunk you see, as the chips were still in their sealed bag. This was unacceptable so I asked for the manager, whoturned out to be a 20-something year old punk who threw a cup of queso at my face while I sat in my car. I had not spoken a wordto him and I was very calm about being called a liar to the person I spoke to before. This was an unprovoked attack by themanager of the Taco Bell at the time. I should have called the police and reported that I was assaulted. It didn't hit me, itdidn't bust open and in terms of the law that doesn't matter. When it happened I considered reporting it but I'm sure it wouldhave turned out two against one, unless it was on video and I just didn't have the time to do it. Still nearly 20 years later Ihave not forgotten it and Yum! Brands hasn't gotten one cent from me since and never will again. My recommendation is null atthis point it was so long ago but I think its high time this is made public, I can get it off of my chest and Yum Brands! isheld responsible, at least as far as a review goes. They don?t give out receipts & won?t replace your food when they made it wrong manager can?t even answer why they don?t give... receipts out ! The manager on the speaker was very unprofessional & very stressed about the store being busy at LUNCHTIME!!Slammed the window when we was getting other stuff not just the replacement item !! VERY SAD won?t go back if you don?t likeyour job get a new one ! Taco Bell gave me a free Mexican pizza & a credit for her behavior at work ! Read more
Happy isn't good enough for today's experience. I had long ago relegated Taco Bell to something quick and cheap when nothing... better was nearby. I had a wonderful surprise today. The man working the drive thru was friendly and polite. My food was fresh,aaaannnnddddd the soft tacos were FULL! Like back in the 80'sand 90's full. Made my day. Thank you Taco Bell. Read more
Got my order right but the food is aways cold. The meat is never hot, never even warm. I ordered the new crispy Cantina crunchy... taco. I live the crunchy shell but not a fan of that fake melted cheese that concession stands use to dip nachos in. Tried thenew Cherry slush but it had more blue raspberry in it than cherry. Read more
Stopped in for a quick lunch. About to order my usual when I saw they have a new "Chicken Sandwich" I ordered two w/jalapenos,... since in the photo on the advertisement in the drive thru they appear to be the size of a Challupa. Very disappointed to say theleast when I opened the bag. (See photo). And they forgot the jalapenos! Ugh....Left hungry so I stopped by Subway. Read more
I would give them zero stars if I could. First I watch them give my food to the car infront of me the lady had it inside of her... car for a good 10 seconds. Doing whatever. Then it was the lowest quality of food I have received anywhere in a long time. Read more

The cashier knew I wanted hot sauce and noticed I didn't grab any. She brought it to me like a sit down restaurant!!
