Worst experience ever at a taco bell. First off, I had to ask for my nacho fries that were missing from the bag. No big deal.... Waited about two minutes to be given cold fries. Whatever... Get home the cheese sauce is warm so I let it go. Reach in the bagfor my double steak grill cheese burrito and it is cold. Open the wrapper and it is half the size of what I get at other tacoBell's. Missing ingredients as well. This was my first time at this location because I just moved to the area. I will not beback. I pass the Westport location on my way home from work and will stop there if I want taco bell, put it in the fridge when Iget home, and reheat it later before I ever go back to this location. I placed a mobile order and when we got there the drive through was very busy. The staff was very patient and greeted us while... we waited to be served. The manager was super professional and very kind. He explained the lobby was closed but we told himabout the mobile order and he served us right away. He allowed us to fill our drinks and grab sauces before we left. I was veryimpressed how the rush was handled and how we were treated. Outstanding job by the whole team. Read more

8/28/22 at 12:00am i went through the drive thru and the man who took my order was awesome! holding that place down taking... orders and doing enough work for an entire staff of employees. kudos to him and whoever hired him, you picked a good one! he?sawesome and deserves some type of recognization! food was fast and hot! The nacho fries while tasty only amounted to about a handful. I requested 4 sauces and received none of them. No napkins to be... found either. The black bean chalupa could use more beans but it was surprisingly fresh! The nachos and strawberry freeze weresolid. Read more
