Taco Bell out there in Fern Creek by the Jefferson freeway and Gene Snyder freeway or 265 called what you want to call it from... wherever you're from nobody is perfect so I don't give a five rating maybe in the past I did but nothing's perfect only God'sperfect the restaurant has very very good hours is it a good location well at parking lot right by bardstown road or well rightby bardstown road out there in the Fern Creek area the crew is well from what I experienced as well trained their customeroriented their polite the hours out there are long so you know you're going to wait line a little bit to bed on what's yourordering but they're good people Read more
The tacos were so greasy that the grease soaked through the bottom of the bag, causing the contents to spill out. We threw a... couple of them away. We're not going to this Taco Bell again. 5/21/2022-The quality was better this time. Mexican pizza hasreturned to the menu, which is good. Read more
This taco bell is very busy during lunch. In the morning the workers are fast but not the friendliest. Food is over all good... most of the time. I would suggest putting in a mobile order. Seems faster and easier if you are in a hurry. Read more

Do the owners of Taco Bell not care about customer service? Maybe they need to listen and watch some employees sometimes. The... fact one woman today working is getting paid is unbelievable. She was incredibly rude to begin with and when I told hersomething was missing she ripped the receipt right out of my hand. Thankfully a younger girl walked over and explained to her itactually was missing. No apology nothing, just got back on her phone like she was doing when I walked in. Read more
Gave me a whole dollar in NICKELS, and when I said I had some other bills to make change if he needed ones, he said he couldn?t... open the drawer back up and said ?don?t you have a piggy bank?? Tacos we?re good though so one star. Read more
Super slow in the drive thru. As of writing, I've been sitting here nearly 20 minutes - not even at the speaker! I ordered ahead... and am on my lunch break, starving and thirsty. There's people lining up behind us and we're doing good to move ahead one carlength every 6 minutes. 3 stars because I love the food, but hate the wait time. Edit: nearly an hour later and I finally gotto the speaker! This is ridiculous. Edit 2: I forgot to update this from the original date, however after waiting nearly anhour to get to the speaker and another 35-40 minutes to get to the window, I have to say that at least the food was hot andcorrect - but that was the only bonus. It was far from worth the wait. I'm also taking my rating down from 3 stars to 1 due tothe horrid wait time. All of that said, either have a full tank of gas or a gas can with you before you go to this Taco Bell asyou will easily chew through at least a quarter tank. I recommend going inside if you're placing a mobile order or in a rushbecause you can't escape the line once someone pulls in behind you in the drive thru without driving over a small hill. Trafficalso backs up like crazy - almost to the entrance of the shopping center. Read more
I ordered a Mexican pizza, two taco supremes and a cherry bliss freeze at the drive thru. The first problem that I had was she... asked for my credit card back claiming it didn't go through the first time. This made me very uneasy but I complied. When I gothome and cut into my Mexican pizza there was hair in between the layers!!! It was disgusting!!! I threw it all away. Read more
