Used to be my favorite taco bell but they have really gone down hill. Asked for them to fix an issue with our food and they just... repackaged the same food. Mexican pizza put in bag sideways and was open so it got all messed up. Not remade just put into a newbox. Burritos don't even look like they had attempted to roll half of them. Half the ingredients spilling out of the sides andends. Do you just not care because this is not the first time I have had an issue with them. Still never got a refund for thefreeze I never got but paid for. This location has been going downhill for a while but tonight takes the cake. You obviouslydon't care so I know nothing is going to happen but I just needed to put this somewhere. Read more
Omggggg what a mess I wouldn?t have been there if not for my mother it was a disaster the line was wrapped around the building... and moved so freaking slow and when we finally made it up there the poor guy forgot my order and then didn?t ask for money butI?m not like that so I told him hey sweetie you didn?t get the money because I know what that would be like for him to have ashort drawer and he was young but that?s not the part that behooved me we got our order drove thru checked the bag and it wasn?teven our order so had to go back and they wouldnt bring it out nor would they answer the phone at first called 2xs finally gotsomeone it was a mess and oh yes while ordering don?t forget it?s homeless people at the spot begging you as your ordering yourfood which we gave money god bless his soul he was more prepared then the peeps in the restaurant Read more

Nice, cool, & clean. Great service. Good food, sad that the Mexican Pizza was sold out!!!! Loved that they brought it back.
I work in the neighboring shopping center, and myself or my coworkers end up getting lunch here probably 3 to 4 times a week. We... consistently receive our order made incorrectly. I've spoken with the manager Matt on a couple occasions, and nothing everchanges. I end up having to get my order replaced at least half the time. Read more

We stop at this location mainly during football season, since it?s on the way. They always have courteous employees here. I?ve... encountered many different managers with the same result, great, speedy service. The food is always hot and delicious. Sometimesthe drive thru gets backed up, but I?ve only experienced tha at during peak hours. Read more
