Walked in to pick up mobile order after I was notified it was ready for inside pick up. Was ignored for 8 minutes until I... finally got someone's attention to ask if the any of the mobile orders by the window were mine. Brought my order home only tofind that my $7+ double steak grilled cheese burrito had only beef on it. Trying to call but getting a busy signal. Very upsetwith this service. Read more

This is store 10701 Dixie highway.. So I ordered a beefy melt burrito and a chicken chipotle ranch burrito. The sign says they... are $2 a piece so I'm like okay cool these sound good. The lady rings me up and they ring up 2.79 a piece. I asked if they aretwo dollars a piece and she says no. I said well your sign says they are $2 a piece. She then proceeds to tell me that she can'tchange the prices that they come from corporate. Okay if that's the case then change your signs outside. I am definitely nothappy with my visit. It's not even the price itself but the fact that it wasn't even attempted to make it right. Read more

As usual taco bell can get either the special orders right OR get all the food in the bag. In this instance the special ordered... food was surprisingly made correctly but they didn't get my daughters meal in the bag. I can count on one hand the number oftimes taco bell gets both right on my order. I only keep going cause wife loves it, so I deal with it. Read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell, if could give it less than one star I would. I ordered a week ago for pickup. It took almost a... half hour while waiting inside for my order. Tonight after working all day in the sun, me and my fiance gave them another try.This time was worse. I ordered from the app to pickup in store. They closed the indoor section(however it still let's you choosein store pickup, also not the first time this happened). This forced my fiance who was picking it up for us to use the drivethrough. This process took almost a half hour. When she got to the speaker. They informed her there was no order for us. Shesubsequently showed the manager all the proof. The email from the Taco Bell app, the Taco Bell app order and the deduction offunds from my bank. The manager shrugged it off that it wasn't his fault and to contact Taco Bell for a refund. He said he hasno control if he didn't receive the order. He didn't offer to take the order again and let us pay a second time, or offer anyother assistance for the major inconvenience. Taco Bell app also has no way to contact a person for order issues. Thus making itvery difficult to talk to anyone. After calling Taco Bell corporate, an automated message played that they was closed for theholiday, however there is no holiday today. It was also within business hours. I will never order from this Taco Bell again andpossibly will stop ordering from the app all together if this ever happens again. This is unacceptable to have to leave arestaurant(who stole your money at this point) to order from another. We ended up going to White Castle which was fast fresh andhot. Read more

First, everything I ordered had chicken. No chicken until tomorrow - normally not a huge deal, but seeing as I had 3 tacos and a... crunchwrap it was harder to work with. Decided to sub my chicken for steak excluding my nachos - which I wanted plain. My orderwas simple: Nachos Bellgrande - No beef, No beans, no tomato, extra sour cream, extra nacho cheese 2 soft taco Supreme - subbeef to steak, no lettuce, no tomato 1 crunchwrap combo - sub beef to steak on both taco and crunchwrap, no lettuce on thetaco, easy lettuce on the crunchwrap, no tomatoes on both, extra sour cream on the crunchwrap So why did I get the exactopposite of that? Beans, tomatoes, and lettuce on everything. In other words, everything I modified was wrong. It's also clearthey added two tacos that are just meat and sour cream - which is NOT what I ordered, but probably the only thing in this bagI'll eat. After waiting in the lobby for nearly an HOUR, I expect at least a correct order, but staff kept getting sidetrackedand distracted by everything else going on instead of making an order. I'm including a picture of my receipt so maybe someonecan tell me how this got botched and confused. The drink was right. . . Because I asked for a cup and filled it myself. Butthat's the only accurate item on my receipt. Normally don't have an issue on the drive thru side, but I'll never step foot inthe lobby again. DO???? BETTER???? Read more
