My issue is not with the actual restaurant but with Taco Bells app ordering. You order ahead & pay on app (card was... immediately charged when I submitted order) but they don't start the order until you get there so you're still waiting. I wentthru drive thru & had to wait 5 min (big order) upsetting cars behind me. I understand they want your food to be hot but whybother ordering ahead, defeats the purpose Read more
This restaurant is run so efficiently. I?ve never had a long wait or messed up order. I also love the associate that works the... drive thru that always has a fun fact to share about the date - when I hear their voice on the intercom, I know my day gets alittle more fun. Read more

This Taco Bell is terrible, I would highly recommend the one on Shelbyville instead. If you order from here and want any... customization, good luck partner, it ain?t happening. I?ve always had good things to say about this one. Until tonight. When I had called to talk to someone about a mess up with a... order. Which has only happened once and they were beyond sweet to me then. The guy argued with me saying I was wrong and he hadpersonally made the food. Had said he didn?t add sour cream. Which he did because both items had it. Told me to talk to thepeople in charge of the app because he had no solution. Had even admitted to messing up one of my items. Read more

This is gonna sound like a fake review because I love this location so much but I stg I'm not getting kickbacks or nothing. This... is the best taco bell I've ever been to. There could be 10 cars in the drive thru and I'd still go to this one over any otherwith 1 car because it is so fast. The employees are all super nice and have made me smile on more than one occasion. You canfeel the love they put into every item, the burritos are stuffed full and they always give me enough sauce. I regularly drivefrom downtown to this place. If this place hosted weddings I'd propose tomorrow. Read more
