Tried the Breakfast Crunchwrap! Love it! Sausage is the best! Too much cheese for my liking but staff are accommodating! EZ... cheese! Sunday, they added SOMEthing new: a sauce somewhere between Thousand Island dressing and vinegar! Killed the Crunchwrap!So dead it's still in my backseat!! Didn't have time to return it as the doors were still locked and the drive thru was long. Prayerfully, the next time I get another one, and I will, it will be to my specifications!! Ordered at the kiosk bc no one was at the registers, then tried to pay for about 20 min waiting while everyone around me ate... only to be told they didn't start my order because I haven't paid yet. Tonight I went to taco bell close to home. I've been there three times. The 1st time service was great. The 2nd time the drink... machine was down and we weren't told until at the window when we were give two cups if ice and a can of our drinks. We werestill charged the full price for our large drinks. Tonight I went and was told that you couldn't have more than 8 items. Iordered the Mexican pizza combo, asked for 3 doritos locos and the belle grande combo with my taco changed to soft with nolettuce. The woman at the window ignored my request for the doritos locos. When at the window I asked does my drinks count as my8 items. I was told yes, I asked how many items I was at. She said 5 but we aren't taking add ons at the window. I said I askedfor doritos locos in between my conbos. She had an attitude and instead of correcting to the 3 I asked for I was given one, andrudely handed my food and drinks. They also didn't make sure I was given both straws. When I got home I also discovered my softtaco was not as ordered. I will not be going to this location again any time soon. Read more
I wonder whose idea is it to put Mexican pizzas at the bottom of your entire order and it sits there and gets smashed, all your... toppings is on the top inside part of your box. I mean every Taco Bell does this why? Whose idea was this? You guys need toreally fix this issue, put the Mexican pizza in a separate bag or something, why would you put it at the bottom of an entireorder of other food? Someone needs to step up their game. Very inconvenient I get all the way home to eat my food and it lookslike somebody's already been eating it. With every order they always seem to give way too much sauce packets. One day I order a burrito and two (2), that?s right only 2... tacos. I had a total of 33 mild sauce packets. Why so many? IJS Read more
One star, but I would put zero if I could. went through the drive through and workers were RUDE and RUSHING me. Had a manager... come on the speaker after sitting for nearly a minute to figure out my order. When leaving, my order was incorrect and Ireceived the wrong drink. Its a super safe place for employees. For customers you feel uneasy in the place. Has a big glass wall between customer and the... staff. To get your order there is a two way glass door. Has 3 tables that hold 7 people total. To many taco bells care abouttheir customers, go to one of those. Read more
Went there yesterday late at night and dude was working by his self. He asked me to pull around mine you it was a 39$ order....... So I did because I work fast food myself...
