The morning crew is cool. Otherwise, every time I come in here unless it?s early in the morning before work I see bad behavior... and am usually treated rudely. I get the feeling the workers just don?t like the neighborhood or their job so they treat therepatrons with 0 respect. If I could give 0 starts I would.....The new manager is horrible! It's like she picks and chooses who to be nice too. The whole... crew but maybe 2....the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I work in Customer Service and I hate when I see someone in customerservice not be friendly! If you don't like ur job.....give someone else the opportunity to do and be what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!I have stopped going this Thornton's because of the poor customer service!!! The clerk was very rude to incoming customers that weren't wearing masks . And immediately made them turn around and leave... screaming from the front desk... While at the same time speaking to a female lmpd officer that did not have a mask on herperson... ????... not a word was said to the officer as she stood there arguing over an expired discount card ????.... Parking lot is always nice and clean. Gas pumps always work. I rarely go inside convenience stores.
