It's Waffle House you should know what to expect when you go there. As with most there were lots of regulars and the staff... greeted them and talked to them as they were friends. The only drawback is there seem to be a lot of people in and out noteating but just wondering around. I did not necessarily mind but I do know there are people out that get nervous in thesesituations. Read more
Too bad I have to give 1 star. The service was poor. The food was cold. The toast was not toasted and the coffee was burnt. No... microwave-so when I asked for the food to be cooked-she gave me attitude. My fist and LAST visit here. Read more
If I could give zero Stars I would I came to order something this morning and as I walked in the door I was not greeted. I was... not even looked at, as I stood there for at least 10 mins AND NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE RESTAURANT!! I was not even acknowledgedwhile Ms. TT I believe is what her name tag read, scrubbed the dishes right in front of me and kept saying I'm getting thesedishes done and didn't even tell me if anybody was going to come take my order or nothing as one waitress yells out from thebathroom I'm in the bathroom she said can you come take this order because I don't have any tickets to take it. And yet stillnot acknowledging me or telling me that she's going to come take my order or to please hold on or anything I mean it was veryrude, very unprofessional, and not very customer service like at all!!! I know it's waffle house but the Cook needs to be trained better. The waitress needs to be nice to everyone not just the people... she knows there is not a picture of scrabble eggs that have white in them on the menu why people do not take more pride in theirjob is beyond me if you hate you job find another one that you don't walk around making people feel that they should of nevervisited your establishment but as I said it's waffle house Read more
My kids sat in the chairs and were 1st in line. Bikers came in and sat in other chairs. I went to bathroom. Bikers cut the line... ahead of my kids. Waitress didn?t say a word. Manners are gone and apparently Waffle House is a biker hang out. We sat down andthe counter was dirty where we were seated and stayed that way while we waited for another 10 minutes. Read more
This location was a refreshing rebound from my last Waffle House experience (Alabama). The service was a little slower than I... expect but the food was great, the facility clean and tidy, and the service courteous. I will definitely dine again! Read more
