Tried the garlic fries and they did not disappoint. The garlic sauce is where it's at! If you love garlic like I do, you will... love these fries. The flavor, that garlic, delicious. I also had a spicy chicken sandwich which is always spicy, hot, and juicy. Read more

I asked for a 4 for $4 and i wanted to sub out my burger for extra nuggets instead. They told me no & i was charged $7 for 6... nuggets, small fries & a small drink....i was trying to save money & get what i wanted. I wont be back to this location Read more

Always a line because giant, easily removable sign on the window says ?dining room now open? Hours are constantly changing as... with every other Wendy?s in or around Louisville. Same owner for all of them, that?s why they?re all messed up and still notable to staff properly. Get it together or sell them to someone that will; you?re ruining the brand. Read more

Took 10-15 minutes behind someone who decided to add more to their order which made us wait longer without having the woman... ahead of us pull off she sat at the window waiting longer for her add ons. Once up to the window we got our order, it was cold,so we were asked to pull up when she wasn't the guy at the window told us that it would be a minute and a half for the new orderwe asked for, took longer than that, long story short DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! This location used to be good, but has been horrible the past 3-4 months. I've given them more chances than I should have. I... don't recommend eating here unless you enjoy being frustrated by long waits and wrong orders. Read more

This Wendy's is great if your idea of great is driving up to a restaurant that says it's open till 10:15pm online, and has a... paper sign on the drive through that says it's only open until 9pm, only to be told that they're closing at 6pm ( when you'rethe last person in line and the car in front of you was able to order just fine.) I appreciate staffing issues and needing toclose early depending on them. This has been happening for two years though, and they still haven't figure out how to updatetheir hours online or update a sign they hung up. Multiple times we've placed online orders only to be told they're closed oncewe get there (hours before closing). Just absolute clown shoes location. Eat literally anywhere else in the area so they canfinally close and something useful can open. Read more

Your employee in the drive-through, tamesha, is extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. She messed up charging my order... gave me food that I didn't even ask for, and then gave me a nasty attitude about it when I came back to the drive-thru. Tellingme that she wasn't going to give me what I requested but she would give me the pieces of what I requested and containers and Ican assemble the food myself. With a horrible nasty super disrespectful mouthy attitude. When I opened the bag, the piece ofchicken wasn't even in a container. The lid was off and just thrown in the bag. So now I have a piece of Luke warm bag chickenand a cold soggy biscuit to assemble if I wanted to eat it. This employee alone I will never come back to this location. Retrainyour employees to actually be worth more than their minimum wage attitudes. Read more
