I understand being understaffed, but wow, what a terrible manager this Wendy's has working for them. I feel terrible for the... staff that has to deal with him. Hands me the incorrect order, and when I come back through the drive through to tell him thatthe order is incorrect he screams at both me and the employee working the window cussing and calling me "g". He was kind of anembarrassment to Wendy's.... Read more

The workers at this location are completely incompetent. I specifically ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo, pickle, and... lettuce ONLY. I am allergic to onions (they put me in the hospital). After getting home 5 minutes later, the burger hadEVERYTHING on it, including onions. We went back and showed them the receipt, and they gave us another burger. We were stupidand didn't check before we left the window. This time they gave me a burger as requested, but they ADDED ONIONS AGAIN. Thistime I pulled the onions off. I hope the contamination doesn't still make me very ill. They were told the first time that I hadan allergy, and they still put onions on the burger twice. YOU DON'T MESS AROUND WITH PEOPLE'S ALLERGIES. Don't get food fromhere unless you have no specific allergies or dietary requirements because they are bound to screw it up. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I?m always disrespected here and told otherwise. It says Wendy?s doesn?t close until 10... tonight September 25, 2022. There is a car at the speaker in drive thru, so I proceed to follow behind. The car in front of mefinishes at the speaker, but before I can put my truck in drive a guy comes out and says they are closed. He was verydisrespectful. I don?t see myself shopping here anymore. Tried to order a sausage, egg and swiss croissant in the drive-thru around 8:30, this morning. Was told they were out of... sausage. I was a little disappointed because I had wanted sausage but passed a couple other restaurants to get a Wendy'sbreakfast, so I said "of course you are". It wasn't said with malice or attitude, just a statement while I was trying to figureout what I wanted to replace it with. However, the reply through the speaker was completely uncalled for and very rude. Needless to say, I pulled out of the drive thru and will not be back to that Wendy's. If that attitude is acceptable customerservice for all Wendy's, my business will go elsewhere. Read more

Only three employees on duty on a Friday night. Fortunately one of them was kind enough to announce to the customers in the... drive through line that they were taking a break after having worked all afternoon and evening without one. Kudos to them but noone could wait 30 minutes for the line to restart. 2 stars just for their perseverance. Read more

Slowest drive through in Louisville. I promise I'm not exaggerating. It really just doesn't make any since. Will be at least 20... minutes if there is even one car in front of you. If you're the only one in line it'll be about 10. Read more

Incredibly slow, always the wrong order or missing items, phone almost always off the hook if you have an issue. Literally the... only reason I gave them an extra star was because the food can actually be great as long as they actually try. If this is thenew standard for what can be expected from Wendy's, it's time they closed their drive-thrus and stop claiming to be "fast food". Read more

First time here about noon June 11th. I expected better from this franchise. The food was decent and it was fresh. But dang,... is there some national shortage of napkins? I suppose that's not unheard of. Disappointed the dining room was closed. Need touse the restroom and relax from driving. No explanation was given on the sign taped to the entrance door. Most likely short onemployees. Perhaps those responsible for napkin inventory? Though local Covid guidelines have very few restrictions on diningrooms now this one was closed. The young man working the drive-thru was sort of irritating with his mumbling and terminology. Ibelieve I heard him say "you're good" to tell us we could drive forward to the first window to pay. The young lady working thesecond was much more pleasant and friendly. Which is why I'm giving this establishment four stars. If not for the smiling younglady I would have been tempted to give two stars. Two big sandwiches and not a single napkin? C'mon manager man, I feel itreflects on the Wendy's brand. If corporate is leading that, then apologies. Sull Read more
