My girlfriend got the taco salad and I had a double burger with mayo, tomato, pickle and onion and fries, both were great
I wish i could put no stars. i believe this wendy?s and the one on cane run are i competition to see who can give the worst... service. i try to be understanding because i work in customer service but this is one of the many times ive had issues. thesign says ?open until 1am? but they?re always ?closed? by 7pm but there?s still 6 people in there sitting on their phones. 2 ofthe 6 times we?ve went they were ?closed?. last time we went they forgot bacon on our burgers and this time they forgot thewhole burger. i never go out to eat unless we?re running around all day and didn?t have time to cook. if you?re short staffed orcan?t hire good employees, please just close. i?m tired of spending my hard earned money for terrible service. when they messsomething up, i?m told to ?call cooperate? i?m not even getting an attitude, just want my food fixed and calling cooperate doesnothing either. I was real hungry so I stopped here to try the new Pretzel Burger and fries. I placed my order at the drive thru, paid for it... and drove off in heavy traffic as I ate my fries. The first red light I came to, I unwrapped my burger to enjoy that baconcheese burger and Pretzel bun only to discover they gave me a double cheese burger. No bacon sauce or pretzel bread. Read more
Drive thru was horrible. At speaker for 10 minutes to get other taken. Sat at window another 10 waiting on 2 sandwiches, 2 fries... and 2 4pc nuggets, sm Frosty. Forgot to give us drinks and frosty. Read more
this location needs to be shut down. My last 3 visits I ve sat in line and when I got to the order kiosk I was told they aren't... taking orders for x amount of minutes due to short staff. there's a cancer institute down the road that I pick my father upfrom weekly and he enjoys a frosty when he can stomach it. he rarely gets greeted with a frosty and never wants to sit throughanother locations drive thru line. I would go in but most Wendy's locations around here have closed dining rooms. thislocation seems to be standing only for employees benefit. Read more
We decided to go inside to do our order. There were at least 5 flies right around the register. Literally so bad that the guy... doing our order had to stop and swat them away non stop. If they?re that bad at the register, what are they like back in thekitchen?? Read more
Burger was great. Fries were overcooked. The new strawberry frosty seems like strawberry soft serve. Good enough. Kinda small
Had a craving for chili and of course you all were out. I went ahead and ordered everybody else's food. Went to another Wendy's... got the 2 Chili's. Try to order a new Frosty and of course the second Wendy's machine was down. And their chili was so hot wecouldn't even eat it very disappointed in Wendy's! Both of them..... Read more
