Really tired of sitting in drive thru for 20 plus minutes only for them to get the order wrong. As usual. I don't ask for a... cheese cup and pickles for no reason. Maybe they should update their intercom and display. Maybe they can't hear the customerand the customer definitely cannot see what they just ordered on the screen. Now, I have to wait a 20 minute drive to eat, so ican use pickles i have at home. Smdh Read more

One burger. One small fry and a 6 piece chicken ring= 23 min later nice and cold. Don't worry though, the girl who took my order... had no need to stand up or hang up her personal phone conversation to actually work or help her coworkers. Make that moneybooboo! Read more

I placed at online order at 5:16pm on the mobile app for October 16th,2022. My scheduled pickup was for 5:38 i arrived at 5:40pm... to a line wrapped around the building. I was in a crunch for time (hence why i placed and PAID for the order on the app) icalled the store about 4-5 times with no answer. I began knocking on the door (which was locked ) and no one answered either. Ithen walked up to the intercom and stated I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes . The manager gave me a fake name (the blackguy , my family member used to work at this location so I Know his name) was very rude and said there was nothing he could do .I then called customer service and they told me to tell him to cancel. He lied and said he couldn’t (which i know isn't true ;hence my family member telling me ) . He was very rude and now I am currently on the phone with HR filing a COMPLAINT againstthis store also a FULL refund !!! Dont eat here Read more

Staff really needs training. Placed an online order and waited 40 minutes past pick up time, just to walk out with cold... cheeseburgers. Durring the 40 minutes I waited, only 2 vehicles left the drive-thru. Staff were polite and extremely slow. Attimes showing more interest talking to a friend on the other side of the counter than focusing in work. To White Castle. Youremployees we kind, untrained and poorly supervised. I'm sure my family will purchase White Castle again, perhaps a betterexperience at a different location. Read more

Sitting in drive thru for 1 hour (still 5 cars ahead of me which haven't MOVED an INCH) to pick up my pre-paid app order -... completely unacceptable. I'm sure my food will be full of listeria and salmonella by the time I get to the window. How can afood establishment handle food safely like this? Sooooo not happy right now. Sat in line for 30 minutes, burgers were extremely soggy, fries were cold and soggy as well and the order was completely wrong.... Definitely not worth going to this location again ???? Read more

Great fresh sliders. Good service. A little slow at the counter but came out good. We went at 1130 pm. Floors and tables were... not clean. Floor was disgusting and sticky in whole place. Drink area not clean either. Read more

Service was great, friendly. Slow to get my order, appx 10 mins. Should not take that long for just some mini burgers.
