I live in fern creek and this used to be a great White Castle. It has been horrible for the past 3 years. Every-time I go they... act like they are closed and I’ve also experienced employees coming out and telling cars behind me and other people to leaveafter waiting 30 minutes because they are understaffed. I’m the first to forgive being understaffed but you could’ve letpeople know long before sitting for an hour. On top of that the lack of customer service that has been given at this locationfor a year has been unacceptable. Read more
For a "Fast" food restaurant the drive thru is very slow, I have sat as long as 40 minutes, depending on who's on shift, I have... received what's suppose to be "toast" being none other than bread for my breakfast sandwich, very disappointing, an I understand it happens from time to time, but it shouldn't 3 time in one week. Now I wish I knew the name of the kind woman thatworks in the early mornings because this does not happen when she's there, she's kind also..wish there were more individualslike her, I'll try to find out her name so she can get full recognition... I ordered six chicken sandwiches and 6 1921 burgers with extra pickles. At the window, they told me they only come with one... choice of cheese. I should have left and it gets worse. My 1921 came with no pickles and stale bottom buns. Horrible place toeat.. Don't go.. They have blackout windows at the drive-through. Just wondering if they are selling drugs because the burgersare horrible. Read more
You just get a mediocre rating. The order is never right but I almost expected at this point. The staff are always friendly... though so I suppose that compensates. It’s your regular fast food 24 hour service but I appreciate it’s right up the street! Read more
I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my meal. It was unusually watery. White Castle shakes are famous for being thick. The one I... had wasn't. Everything else was great. Understaffed so expect long wait times. Tried them tonight after a couple months. Did not get two sliders I ordered. Hope... they can get that house in order. I'm blaming the owner being too cheep to get workers in there. Adverting starting pay of13.50 in this market. Out of touch. Read more
