Came through the drive thru at 10:50pm and saw 2 workers on break eating and smoking. Once I sat at the speaker with no response... for for 3 mins I yelled over and asked if they were open and they stated they were closed after watching us pull up and sit atthe speaker.. Read more
Went through the drive through tonight and the lady in the drive through with the breast cancer ribbon tattoo on her inner... forearm was extremely rude. I wish I would have just pulled off and picked somewhere else to spend my money but I tried to bethe bigger person. I understand everyone has bad days but when you work with the public and I gave you nothing but the utmostrespect with your usual please and thank you’s and you were still hateful. If I can give half a star I would. They told me to hold just for a second in the drive through but I think what they truly meant... was hold for as long as you can. If I haven’t said anything while I waited they probably would’ve made me wait longer. Ontop of that, what I got was not what I ordered. I called for a refund, they lied about the refund going through. How do I know?They didn’t even ask for any of my information. The person I was talking to on the phone said, okay, I have sent that refundthrough. When I asked for any type of refund confirmation she hung up on me. Unbelievably slow, but open. Most all places were closed. I watched a gal fill condiments while forgetting me. It took 10... minutes waiting at the microphone to take the order. A very slow fast food restaurant. Cars behind me were honking. Theydidn't have any sense of urgency. Read more
Came in this morning & waited at least 15-20 mins for 4 chicken sandwiches & a large fry. Order was completely wrong. They gave... us 5 chicken sandwiches instead of 4 & of course charged for it. The fries tasted so bad as if the grease had never beenchanged. The taste & smell was so awful. We had to take the fries back because it was completely unacceptable. Read more
It was great! Forgot my fries, so I went to ask and i got my fries & onion rings. But the fries were old and cold. Hopefully... next time they will be as good as the cheese burgers. Thank you! Read more
The service in the drive thru was terrible. My first experience at White Castle and my last!! I attempted to order special... combos, no shakes, etc. Very limited due to only two employees working. I was also told the order would take 15 minutes to make. After I received my order and was preparing to eat I realized they gave me the wrong order. Special note : Found a "longhair"in the burger slider!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE AWARE. Read more
Their customer service is TRASH. When you say you'll be with someone in one moment. Then 2 other employees are just standing... around. Do y'all really make people wait 15 mins JUST TO ORDER A DRINK??? This just blew my mind. You take 3 more orders andpayment. I'm not finna be late to work when I can easier stop at the gas station for the same drink and get way better service.All I wanted was a large drink. Yet y'all was gone make me wait on one person when they were 2 other people that could've handedme a drink. I was paying with a card... No need to even touch the register.
