This particular store has to be the busiest one in the city, yet on a Friday night they were completely understaffed and all the... way unprepared. Got my ENTIRE order incorrect and was nothing less than completely rude when I called to tell them about it.These restaurants don't seem to care about customer satisfaction anymore. Look I know you’re thinking five stars for White Castle? Absolutely! Do you know exactly what you’re getting into when you... go to this place. We had just gotten off the plane from Mexico, and we were looking for something quick and easy, although theline was long we were committed to waiting. It took forever to get up to the ordering place. But that was fine we ordered waytoo many cheeseburgers way too many cheese sticks and it was way too good. It was exactly what we were looking for when wewanted it, I’m glad there’s not one by my house so I don’t burn out on them.
