Manager was in a mood. She snapped at an employee who came in to help. Apparently another manager had asked her to come and work... but didn't tell the manager on duty. I came into the lobby to order because the line for the drive thru wrapped around thebuilding. There were 2 guests in front of me. Another customer came in behind me as I placed my order. I placed my order andstepped to the side to wait. As I did, a guy walked through the door. Manager loudly says, "The lobby is closed!" And tells oneof the employees to go fix the door. Guy left the restaurant with a look of disgust on his face. My food was ready and I thankedthe young man who handed it to me and added the condiments I requested. Manager yells again to make sure that door locks as Ileft. Note to all: if the red haired manager is working, avoid the Valley Station White Castle! Read more

Tried to order online before stopping by and app made no sense at all. Finally got a chance to sit down and work on it and 95... cents for a 10 cent slider is ridiculous. I NEVER thought I would live to see the day when White Castles were too expensive tobuy for a rainy day treat. Thanks Brandon. Read more

You’d think whoever owns this white castle would see these reviews and hire some more employees. It doesn’t matter what... time of day you come here you will sit in line for a minimum of 30 minutes and that’s if there’s only 3-4 cars.. anymorethan that and it will be 45-60 minutes.. it’s absolutely ridiculous. I can go to a sit down restaurant and order and eat andpay as fast as these people move… Read more

A 2 days ago I went through I went for late nig sanck my friend put in a online order already paid for and I took my order there... THE EMPLOYEE THERE POCKET MONEY FROM BOTH ORDERS AND CLAIMED SHE DIDN'T PAY ( My friend) the manager was rude to me and myfriend she didn't refund the money the same night and claimed that I didn't even have enough money for both orders ( Manger nameis Erin) today I called to check to see if my friend got her money because she lives 45 mins away and she was visiting and Ifelt rushed off the phone I guess she thought I was trying to get a refund on my food as well it was a unpleasant experience Read more

This is the second time that we have experienced such poor service. We usually stop at a White Castles as soon as we get into... town as we live in NE Tennessee, a good five hour drive. This White Castles is the closest to my sister's house so it's where westop. Sad to say that the evening crew is mismanaged, as there is no reason why it should take an half-hour in Drive-thru. Thishas happened twice upon us coming into town and what they're doing is taking two car orders at a time then when the third cargets to the order box then they tell you they'll be right back. That is five to ten minutes later... I kid you not. I'm notsure if they're waiting to see how many will pull out of line or if they're just that unorganized. After they fill the firsttwo cars order then they proceed to take two more cars order and there again the third car is told that they'll be back withthem in a minute... Yeah Right, more like five to ten minutes. So, I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinkingthey're understaffed. Nope, they had more than half a dozen employees inside and some were just standing around. Remember, Ihad said that the lobby was dead. There is NO REASON, especially in Drive-thru that any car should wait half-hour to place theirorder and to get their order. Me and my family use to have a tradition that every time we come into town we have to stop andget White Castles. Sorry to say that due to the lack of management and organization of this one our tradition will be nomore... As we refuse to sit in line for half-hour anymore as that is not only ridiculous it's unacceptable! Read more

Very disappointed in this White Castle location! Wait in drive thru was long. We're not familiar with their menu so asked a... question when ordering and the lady said "I don't know" with a tone that indicated she was annoyed we asked a question. Food wasgreasy...see bun in picture and some of the grease on bag. At window, the lady read back our order and at one point said smallfry; my husband replied that it was supposed to be a medium fry and the lady very rudely said "I said a medium fry!" Wow! Order sack of bacon cheese burgers that were awesome and fresh. Got a cheese fry that's as hot the only bad thing was the wait.... We waited in line for twenty minutes. There were at seven vehicles in front of us. The drive through staff was friendly. Seemedshort on help, but that is to be expected in this day and age. Read more
