This is my first (and only) time using doordash. I ordered a chicken basket. The order was delivered in timely manner, except... it had no side items as ordered. Called it he wingzone. Was told it is not their responsibility since the order was placed indoordash. Well yeah, it kinda is, since Wingzone was in charge of cooking and assembling my oder: Was advised to contactdoordash. I did. The lady offered to have my order re-delivered. I agreeed. Again, order came in a timely manner, this timewith only half the side items. So no more wingzone for me. Yes, doordash was the company who took my order, but sorry,wingzone, you do bear responsibility what you put in the delivery bags. I don?t think the door dasher stands around in yourkitchen packing up orders. Try again. Read more
Well ever since I'm done my type of work that I'm doing as an independent contractor for right now Wing zone's been our right... with me they have very fine customer service their hours are posted on the doors you walk in plenty of parking well lit parkingis it just a little bit of a ramp if you go up into after you open up the door I think it's a good idea because you know have ahard time walking you're on a cane Walker are you in a wheelchair that's nice to have that little bit of ramp there's plenty ofhand railing and plenty of space there's tables and chairs inside there's a TV set big screen kind of hanging at an angle I'venever ordered anything from there but the sign says you just kind of wing it sorry about humor thank you so much Read more
The first time I tried this it was mushy and cold but I decided let's give another chance and I'm happy I did the food was... steaming when I got it the wing were piping hot. The sauce tasted amazing. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on theinside and the servive was amazing got 44 wings got here 30 mins. Will absolutely order this again. Read more
I came in with low expectation, after hearing from a friend that this wasn?t the spot for good wings. I can with my girlfriend... as a part of our date? her treat. We got liquid gold and sweet samurai on boneless wings and sat down. Our order came way soonerthan the 15 mins they were expected. When I tried them, I kid you not this place easily became my new favorite place to eat.They were crunchy, hot and sweet with honey mustard glazed bbq sauce. As we ate them we expressed to the workers how amazingthey were, they let us try samples of 3 different flavors, and even a (secret) one. By far the best staff ever. This was my first time trying out Wingzone and I must say that I was not impressed. The wings tasted like something you would... find in a frozen grocery isle. I was burping the whole day. We had their Buffalo sauce and 2 pepper rating was not spicy, Iguess 3 would be a medium level spicy. The sauce actually tasted good, but chicken not so much. Fries were also soggy, though itdid take our Uber driver 25 minutes to deliver. If you would compare this chain to its competitors, I would say that they are ona pricier side, 20 original wings were $22. They do have lunch specials, though not sure of those prices. Read more
Lots of food for you money! We did the boneless pack meal. So good! I suggest the HoneyQ sauce. Definitely get the sweet tea!
Wings here are trash. How is it that I barely cook and can still make better wings than a place that professionally sells them
