Used to be our favorite location, but the last few visits have been very disappointing. Used to get my chicken in the sauce, but... now they charge a dollar more to get the chicken dipped in the sauce. Last visit they gave no sauce and forgot my sides. I amdone coming to this location. Read more

Came here today with my family. Love the food, but the customer service experience was rude and unhelpful. 3 of my daughter... order some wings and were asked what sauce they wanted. They each looked at the menu that indicates the different spice levelsand chose Buffalo, 3 down from the hottest. I chose Tongue Torcher which is just one down from the hottest. As I went to pick upthe food when they called our name I asked the lady (who was also the manager) which was Buffalo and which was Tongue Torcher.She rudely told me the darker colored one. When I asked her again to help me know which was which because they all looked thesame color, she took my receipt and said all were Tongue Torcher. I told her my daughters ordered Buffalo. I was then againsnapped at that Tongue Torcher is Buffalo. I pointed to the menu showing the spice level where a lower one said Buffalo and ahigh spicier one said Tongue Torcher. She again snapped and said all are Buffalo. She then preceded to walk away mumbling ingesther breath leaving me with option to get the order fixed and hope my kids would still enjoy the second hottest flavor on themenu. Read more

I ordered online where it doesn?t say anywhere that you have to go in to pick up your order or I wouldn?t have ordered that way... because of my sick kid. When I get to the window they tell me I have to come in but I have to stay in the drive-thru linebecause there is no exit. When I get to the window I ask the man politely if they could possibly give me my order since I didn?twant to drag my daughter in the restaurant and he said no we have to verify you when you come n. Still didn?t understand thatbecause you can verify me from the window but I agreed to come in. What made me frustrated was the fact that my order wassitting on a shelf where I could grab and go but no one verified me or even questioned if it was my order. This is the second time I?ve been to a a bus and between the service and the food, everything was great. It?s for sure a chicken... restaurant but the chicken fingers were really good. I love the fried mushrooms, the Cobb salad with fried chicken is so good, and I always get the biggest order of fries I can... because they are so amazing. Molly is the best, she was working outside because the drive thru speaker wasn't working, standingup the whole time, she had no chair or table, holding a large computer, taking orders and completing transactions, all with asmile and so nice. Normally this location does good work. Today was not the case. Not only was every item I ordered followed up with a sarcastic... and uppity "is that all?" The food was cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. At best, I received ahalf order of fried pickles. No wax paper, no dip, just a pathetic excuse for a side. I would expect this kind of service...orlack thereof from a lesser establishment such as taco bell or McDonald's. Not Zaxby's. This review gets 2 stars solely becausethey did get the order correct.
