This is the last time I'll be giving sonic my money I'm not the one who complains but everytime I go the order is always wrong... when u get it a few weeks ago I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich took a bite of it and it was completely raw I threw it awaybut I never complained today I ordered chicken tender dinner OMG they were fried hard and almost burnt not to mention cold Iasked for ranch they did not bring it out so I asked for it I was told she'd be right back I sat there forever I finally went topull off and she came running out with it and no straws or napkins were given.. I'm really just disappointed with they way sonicis anymore u go at night and nobody will take your order all the employees will be outside hanging out smoking looking at thecustomer's like they crazy until all this changes I will not spend my money there... I highly recommend you pass this place by. I have had more negative experiences than I can count, and today was officially my... last time to visit. Once, I ordered ahead on the app, and it was 20 minutes later when I got to the restaurant (plenty of timefor them to prepare my children's meals). I waited for another 10 to eventually receive a bag of food that wasn't anythingclose to what I ordered. And it was nothing my children would eat. Granted - shame on me for not verifying before I left therestaurant. So that went into the trash, and I wound up making a meal when I had just paid for the convenience of not having todo that. I called the business and asked for a refund....which never happened. Today - I ordered child size milkshakes for mychildren as an afternoon treat - again - ahead on the app. It was 15 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we gotthere (plenty of time to make a shake), and we sat there for another 15 after the screen told us someone was on the way with theorder. I tried calling - no answer. I eventually went to the front door to find out what was the holdup and met the car hopcoming out the door with the shakes - which were all melted. I picked one up, looked at it and looked at her. She startedapologizing and offering to remake. I told her I really couldn't wait any longer. I have lived in this town a long time. Ihave rarely had a positive experience with this place. I strongly suggest you keep driving on North Church - there's a greatMexican place less than a mile away. You'll get better, faster service and better food - promise. Read more

They don't tell you they out of stuff to you order and they cannot or don't know how to make a strawberry limeaide it was the... worst the cheese wasn't melted on the burger and the tenders were too hard for my kid to eat Read more

Car hop very pleasant, she had gathered all the condiments that I ordered in the app. I like that now you can leave a tip in the... app for the hop. I decreased my stars for the last visit. The burgers were delicious as usual folks said, but the chicken tenders were hard,... dry, and dark in color like they had been fried twice or something. I won't be ordering them again. Otherwise, service wasjust as friendly and timely. Overall, recommend! Read more
