Honestly this Subway is just getting worse every time I visit. Today?s visit resulted in a 6 inch sandwich smaller than the size... of a pop can. For the price you pay, that?s not what a customer should receive. Only giving 2 stars due to location, it?s adecent place for a Subway but training and quality need to improve. Read more

This visit was fantastic. There was only one worker. He was doing a fantastic job. He had a line but worked away... He... mentioned he had called the manager multiple times. SHAME ON THE MANAGER. I placed an online order on Friday night. I have placed online orders before and they have been great. This time however, my... order was missing a sandwich. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the missing sandwich. They didn't offer anything tomake it right, they just made the sandwich (incorrectly), and send me on my way. At this time I know my son won't care, and Ijust want to go home and eat and take care of my fussy baby. There were two kids working, with no manager in sight. Read more

Work crew went for lunch. The lady was nice and sandwiches were made as ordered. However, her coworker Caden was had horrible... customer service. He was very annoyed that someone wanted a shake. They didn't have half of the products on their menu andeven went so far as to say why order ice cream because we're a sandwich shop. The milk he made our generic chocolate shake withwas expired. Will not be going back. I can drop 30 dollars elsewhere for lunch. Read more

Customer service was lacking: lady at the register gave a cold smile to everyone in my crew, the other lady wasn't very nice to... the black guy in my crew. I ordered the soup, they microwaved it because they had it sitting in the "hot soup" warmer, butdidn't even turn it on. I was a bit scared to eat it. If they had more options in Louisville, I'd likely go elsewhere while weare having to work out here. Looking forward to wrapping up this project. Read more
