Always closed until 6:30am every day, wish they would update their hours
Still posted on door that they require masks. Yet employees do not wear them . Always rude !
People are horrible. Instead of the manager having employees ID every person, maybe they should make a no cell phone policy.... Hate standing in line while both cashiers are one there phone. Then they want to see your ID. Go there once a day. Not once havethey every recognized me lol. If there was a way to rate this place a zero I would. Read more
Consistently out of product, employees always on phone while you wait to be served. Very poorly run convenience store.
Brought in a reusable polar pop cup for a refill. The female employee(unfortunately I didn't get her name) asked if it was a... refill to which I replied yes. After checking out and leaving the store the employee came out and said we had to buy the cup? She claimed a customer behind us whom she said she was long time friends with said we got the cup there and threatened to callthe police. I went back inside and told her I walked in with the cup to which she said she watched me come in without a cup. I then asked her to check the trash for the cups packaging to which she replied those cups don't come in packaging.(which theycertainly do) I the told her she should call the police so that we could get this settled I told her I was willing to wait aslong as it took for the police to arrive. I was then told that she would have the manager review the tapes when he came in. Atthat point I left because it was clear to me she wasn't going to contact the police herself. All in all it feels horrible to beaccused of theft and then when I'm willing to wait to prove my innocence to just be shunted aside is just wrong. If I could put 0 I would. I went there last night in line to buy something and the employee Racheal started threatening to fight... me, cussing and screaming at me in front of our customers. And in the results I was banned for the store when I didn't sayanything to her. At the time it shows it on their camera and everything only thing I said was "I love you" to my boyfriend whowas behind me when we started thresthreat me, and then I asked for the mangers number and I was told not to go there anymore.And she didn't do anything about it but banned me from there when I did nothing wrong but stand in line for my drink. Met the most friendly person in 2 years at the circle k I believe her name is Jennifer she is so friendly considerate and kind.... I've heard many people around Louisville and surrounding area saying that the store had changed for the better because of herand a store manager Carmen. I enjoy coming in and when I have questions they're always answered by both individuals. If I couldgive six stars I would just for the fact that the store seems to be running much better when they're around. They sayingdedicated to the stores success without a doubt. Read more
