Bathrooms were out of soap and the toilet seat was broken off. Food was ok but I have had way better. Prices were outrageous... ????. We asked for a small bowl of cheese and it was $9.99. Seemed like they just wanted to add to our bill.... when my husbandasked about the pricing on the bill they didn't seem interested in helping us understand why it was sooo expensive. 2 kidsmeals at $5.99 each and 2 adult meals at $10.99 each and our bill was $70... I understand charging for drinks but seriouslystill not sure how we spent so much. Not happy. Read more
Menu design makes ordering difficult. It tried to use numbers, but then inserted food variations w/o numbers. Like #23... Enchiladas Jalisco, followed by Enchiladas Mexico. (No #, just a name). I wanted the 2nd one. Asked waiter for "#23, 2nd one,Enchiladas Mexico". He said yes. I repeat the ask. He repeats the "yes". Food arrives. Wrong dinner- Jalisco, not Mexico. Thewait staff does not know their menu options, says "Yes" when they don't understand the customer. In future- I recommendnon-verbal ordering. Point to the menu item. Make waiter read it back. Great food, fast service, food is always so filling and hot. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. Beer is... cold, queso is hot. Here's the place to go on a Friday night. UPDATE** Contacted Panchos to do catering for a retirement partyat my work. I HIGHLY recommend them for catering. Pricing was great, all of the food was hot, packaged great, and everyone lovedit. Talk about an awesome place to get some really good Mexican food. The service is the best I've had in a very long time. Your... drinks are never empty, the food is amazing, and the food always comes out fast and hot. The best part about going here isyou're not treated just as a customer, you're treated like a friend. Everything is always clean when you walk in and everyone isvery approachable. They not only have beers on tap but also they have a bunch of bottled beer as well. The mixed drinks are thebest in town hands down. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely need to make it your next stop!!!! Read more
It had been some time that we've eaten here. So that being said everything was very good. If anything kept me from a five star... rating was the queso dip was a bit watery or too thin. But it was all in all good food, and our waiter was very accommodating.Well worth it ???? Read more

I was so surprised! The staff was prompt and understanding, and all the food came out right. Starting with the chips and salsa... was just excellent! Loved the salsa! The other family members got guacamole, and queso (I'm personally not a fan in general)but they all said it was incredible!
