Just bought a gallon of milk. The milk is curddled with an expiration date of 5/18/2022. Tried calling the store but all I got... was a fax machine. Please check your milk before you, the customer buys the gallons from here. Employees are supposed bechecking this out when re stocking the refrigerated area. I normally don't post reviews but now my four year old is without milkfor the night. I'm sure I'm not the only one who goes to this convenient store for milk for there little one. Old lady behind the counter wouldn?t unlock the fridge for me at 11:45 because she ?had no time ? Same as most 7-11's It was clean. Had a foreign cashier clerk and had a bunch of different soda and coffee flavors alongside... some fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition to many chocolate and cadies. Run of the mill convenience. Read more
I love the ladies that work here. I go in almost daily to get lotto tickets and they are always so very friendly. I also am so... impressed that they know their customers by name. Every time I?m in I hear one of them cheerfully greeting a regular customer byname. I?m not sure if they realize how special and heart warming it is to witness that, especially during these very challengingtimes when people can be so rude. I?ve gone to several other 7 elevens in the area but they do not compare. This is my go to 7eleven. I was short $1 today and the lady helping me (I should have gotten her name) said to just pay it forward even though Ioffered to bring it back in. She said no, just pay it forward. Love this place. Not pleased with the manager calling my daughter saying she was threatening his employees that she was going to come to his... house, really? She wanted the managers phone number to speak with him about her card that supposedly didn't go through so shedidn't get her gas and items. Found out though that it did go through so now she is out the $25 and he wont give her the moneyback. He was not kind and my daughter should NOT have to keep going back there to try and get her $ that they owe her! Such badmanagement! Very disappointed in this 7-Eleven Read more
Always my go to convenient store. Excited to see the two new locations in Loveland and cant wait to stop in!!!! All locations I... have been to always have great friendly laid back staff. Stores are usually clean and well stocked. I have never gone in andwalked out with nothing and they have always had the items I was looking for. Also thank you to the staff for risking yourhealth for the community! You are all amazing and you don't know how much your custard Long John along side a fresh ClubStacker sandwich (dont judge) and your friendly attitude can change my day around to pure positivity (maybe not on my weightafter eating that) buuuut thank you for putting up with people like me. I have a horrible experience well I went in there to get a large coffee usually I use my rewards points to get a dollar coffee... well today the cashier Dan said 1.07 well that not right. so I swipe my card and I got declined so I said whatever so I pulled adollar out my pocket and I said well I have to go get the 7th Sense and he says Nope and grabs the coffee out of my hand it saysgoodbye now.
