I was making an uber delivery, and the manager rolled her eyes and mocked me for asking her to update the driver instructions,... since they ask drivers to pull through the drive-thru, but she said she couldn't allow that? I understand if there are technicalissues or mistakes made, but she was unforgivably nasty and wasted too much of my time. I will never accept orders from thislocation again. Read more

I always use the drive through, so I can't comment on the inside dining, but it's drive through is always friendly and... courteous. You can understand what they're saying from the speaker. Line moves quickly and your order is accurate. Read more
The only time I ever come to Arby's. The summer return on their Chicken salad sandwich. It's the closest chicken salad to my... homemade one, but I don't have to chop everything up myself so it's a win-win for me! ???? I'm glad that their sandwich isconsistently good. It never disappoints. It's not a healthy option by any means (at 840 calories) but still, it's a cold optionon hot days and "feels" lighter than a heavy burger. The ingredients are always fresh, juicy grapes, crispy lettuce and celery,crunchy sweet apples and the soft whole wheat bread. Yum! This location has some very friendly staff and I VERY much appreciatethat they have so many seniors on staff. I ordered my food to dine in but got it to go instead of dining in. I always get theunsweetened tea with this sandwich and it always tastes freshly made. The only reason for the 4 stars is the manager or shiftleader, whoever is in charge there today. You can hear her being loud and rude to the employees by correcting their "littlemistakes". No need to talk to you employees in a harsh and condescending tone. And respect your elders. Be a nice human being,you catch more bees with honey than with vinegar. If I've learned one thing after being a director or manager for manyyears....you're a much more effective leader if you follow the golden rule, treat others how you wish to be treated. Tried to eat there today. Stood in a line behind 5 other people for 15 minutes. They had not taken the order from the person in... the front of the line so my odds were grim at best. Can't tell you if the sandwich was good since I left. They totallyprioritized drive through and ignored the dine in guests. There were at least 5 people working that I could see. Arby's is better than most fast food places. Their roast beef sandwiches and French dips are very good, for fast food. I don't... go there near as often as I used to since they no longer have the potato cakes. The curly fries are OK, but not nearly asconsistent as the cakes were. Read more
