This is a great Buff! We travel from Greeley to go to Loveland Buff. John (the bartender) is the best! He is always so good. We... don't frequent this store as often as we used to due to distance, but every time we come in he know what we want. John is by farone of the best servers in your region. This evening my friend and I went to this location to celebrate my birthday. We asked the host if we could please sit in a... booth. With an eye roll he took us to a booth and threw the menus on the table which knocked over the little advertisements theyhad placed on the table. My friend ordered a salad and it took her 30 minutes to get it even though I had my buffalo wrap in notime. They knew that there was no way a salad should take that long so they took it off of our bill which was very nice! Thenwhen her salad came out it smelled bad. We thought maybe the dressing was just really strong (it was a Caesar salad). As she waseating it she noticed the Parmesan cheese on the salad was covered in white mold and one piece had molded enough to have bluemold on it. The smell was awful. The kitchen manager came out and took the salad away and said "I hope you don't get sick. Ifyou do call me tomorrow and I'll make sure the kitchen staff pays more attention to the food." and then our balance was still$65. There was no responsibility taken for her eating a salad with moldy cheese by the kitchen manager who is responsible forkeeping a healthy kitchen or his staff who HAD to have smelled that foul odor at some point while prepping the food for theevening or the salad. This is the second time I have ordered from this location and both times, they have messed my order up. The first time, my... order was handled promptly. This time, I received a Guac chicken sandwich instead of a Guac burger. The guy I spoke with onthe phone said that I could come back and pick up the correct burger, but I live 20 minutes away and explained I would be unableto do that. Also, if I did, my other food would have been cold, and I would have 40 minutes round-trip (not including theoriginal pickup) He should have credited my account for the wrong burger. There was no concern on the driving distance, gas,etc. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location, and I am considering not ordering from this location ever again. Read more

We?ve ordered here before, the last 2 times have been a negative experience. We ordered curbside and both times were waiting 20+... mins for our orders, only to have to go in and get it ourselves. Tonight, the person who answered the phone read back our orderand mentioned she?ll be right out, never came out. We?ve had the worst experience at this location, and it?ll most likely bethe last time we bring our business here. ***UPDATE*** we got home and opened up the food to find disappointing plates. Overcooked mozzarella sticks, barely any fries to fill out a few of our plates, both kids and adult orders, dry chicken strips, and2 small strips in the kids meals. 11/5 One star it too much for this place. Showed up for a late night dinner. Ordered some basic boneless wings and some fries.... Server was not the best and a bit rude. Waited on food received half of our order and waited past 10 minutes and still hadn'treceived the second half of our order which was 10 wings and some fries. Asked the server that originally took our order anddidn't have a clear response just stated she could go check and that seemed a bit much for her. Walked out. I recommend takingyour business elsewhere. Read more
