Employee who took my order complained they couldn?t hear me; completely understandable, however, said person was wearing... airpods? it would probably be easier to hear people if you didn?t have the extra distraction. Not to mention that wearingairpods while at work is disrespectful. On top of that, the person who took my order was incredibly rude. I had requested cheesebe added to the impossible whopper I ordered; cheese was not added. The whopper was also lazily put together. I feel like fast food places can't be reviewed when it comes to the food itself. No, it's not a five star restaurant. Was it... hot? Yes. Was the staff able to get their job done? Yes. They used to be so good now they're awful threatening and offensive and slop a cold mess in a bag. Even at the drive thru menu... they were very abusive. Never again. I see now now someone set the bush on fire. They're incompetent and should be shut downviolate fire code (only one door open) and health code. Read more
The burgers were good, although they got one of the orders wrong and had to fix it. The shakes were good, but they can't do... large shakes (only medium). So all in all, good, not great. Read more

Every single time I attempt to get food from this location it is absolutely wrong. Wrong sides, wrong drink, once nuggets... instead of my burger. Today I got onion rings and they gave me fries. Do Not Order from this location for breakfast, especially if you like hashbrowns. they gave us the wrong products (ordered... breakfast biscuits and received Croissan'Wiches instead) and the hashbrowns look like someone manually smashed them in theirfist before putting in the bag. this is the absolute worst service I've ever received from this location, and this location isalways one of the worst ones for getting the order correct. Worker running the drive-through was rude and incompetent. As someone who has worked in food service I try really hard to give... people the benefit of the doubt but wow. We had to explain our order to her 4-5 times and they still put it in wrong! Then whenwe complained and try to re explain they dismissed us stating ?I have a good memory it?s fine.? Handed us our food and slammedthe window on us twice before we were done talking. And all we wanted was sauce and a receipt?..I?d understand if we weren?t theonly car in line!
